Oh that's the answer. Do they actually think that the millions of people who live in "Tornado Ally," which encompasses how many states? need to move out? And to where? California, where they're dealing with drought? The Northeast where we had a winter that dropped 9 feet of snow on us? The southeast coast Gulf states that are subjected to hurricanes?
I never expect sensible ideas from "some conservatives." They think only in ideological terms, and that's it. Plus, IMO, they have no humanity.
