"The ignorant creature in the above image personifies the gulf between 'us' and 'them' in 2026. The vulgarity. The indignity. The bigotry. The lies. The hate. Yet, he was rewarded from the assembled masses with roars of approval. They cheered him on as if to say, 'Someone finally had the guts to say it on national television.'
We're no longer one people divided by ideological differences. We've become two nations uncomfortably living within common borders. Other than the air that I breathe, I have nothing in common with this mindless punk, or any of the other creatures who laughed along with him. We're on more giant leap further along the path to irreconcilability." --Bruce Lindner
All of it brought to you by the trashiest, most indecent human being to ever defile the White House.
Hokit smeared a former First Lady. MAGA and Trump cheered the insult to her, and our country was degraded once again by the convicted felon and adjudicated SA/rapist in the White House.
"It was all disgusting, demeaning, and as far from being patriotic and celebratory of our country and its values as possible. It was like watching Trump's J6 insurrectionists smearing feces on the Capitol again." --C.L. Waryas, Facebook commenter
Both Bruce Lidner and C.L. Waryan are absolutely correct. Their statements, if anything were too measured.
ReplyDeleteThe racist zenophobic scum that now controls this nation is nothing any true patriotic American will ever identify with.
Trump is scum and his MAGAt supporters and sycophants are not much better.
^^Oikophobe^^
DeleteNo. It's plain, ordinary American racism. This slander against former First Lady Michelle Obama was spoken on the grounds of the White House as part of the opening ceremony of the 250th anniversary of the founding of this country.
DeleteTrump heard this spoken on the grounds of the White House and said nothing. No one's surprised. Trump is a failed human being -- an indecent, low-class, short-fingered vulgarian.
His tanking approval numbers (34%) will sink further, and eventually end up where they belong -- in a cesspit, with him.
It was nothing but a glorified Klan rally.
ReplyDeleteDisgusting both the "event" and the comments about the former First Lady. Regardless of your feelings she was the First Lady of the US and mindless comments by some meathead is disgusting.
ReplyDeleteMaybe if the president spent more time, you know, being president, instead of trying to run a media empire, an entertainment company and a local building company, we'd all be in better shape.
ReplyDelete6 months ago gas prices were relatively low, inflation had not taken off, the US has sufficient stockpiles of weapons for the defense of our country and allies and people, while not liking us, saw the US as the preeminent super power in the world.
Then we started bombing speed boats in the souther hemisphere and decided to start a war with Iran. At the time, the Strait of Hormuz was wide open and the global oil trade was steady.
That is no longer true.
Instead, now we have high oil prices, high inflation, dwindling oil stockpiles world wide, Iranian leadership, which the POTUS promised to demolish is as strong as ever. The Iranian people, who the POTUS promised to help are in as bad a shape as ever, abandoned by us. The Iranian regime, which the POTUS said must totally surrender, and their nuclear capabilities, which the POTUS said Iran must totally give up, are all still intact.
The military regime there is still in charge, their missiles are still intact, their drones are still intact, their ability to harm our allies and other countries is still intact.
But hey, our president had a birthday party with motorcycles jumping around the White House grounds and a bunch of UFC cage matches just yards away from a gaping hole in the ground where the White House East Wing once stood.
Who voted for this?
And now it has been announced that the July 4th DC celebration will be an official "Trump Rally".
It's Camp Runamok on steroids...
Let's also be clear on something else...
ReplyDeleteThe head of UFC, Dana White condemned the statement calling former FLOTUS Michelle Obama a man. here's his statement...
"“I understand that the Obama’s are public figures but I’m completely against saying nasty and false things about people’s families... everyone knows my position on free speech but I hate that kind of nonsense.”
Our president? Silence. But what would we expect? My gosh, even some of the gladiator's are better people than Trump.
kudos to Dana White for condemning Hokit's horrible smear against former First Lady Michelle Obama.
DeleteTrump is too much of a low-class bottom feeder to do such an admirable thing. Proving, once again, that there's not a drop of decency in the man. And his supporters love him for that.
Sorry, no kudos from me. Calling it "nonsense" instead of condemning it as outright racism is a business calculation from a MAGA elite.
DeleteWhite is an enabler of all of this. He has aided and abetted the guy who is ALWAYS "saying nasty and false things about people’s families".
"One of the oldest racist ideas about Black women is that they are men. Enslavers deployed this racist idea to justify forcing Black women into the same heavy and backbreaking field labor as enslaved Black men.
ReplyDeleteAnd now today, racist theorists have repeatedly used this idea to degrade prominent Black women, including Michelle Obama. This racist idea rests on the patriarchal idea of men as inherently strong and women as inherently weak. That the best man (the strong White man) is nothing like a woman. That the best woman (the weak White woman) is nothing like a man. That the most inferior man (the weak Black man) is like a woman. That the most inferior woman (the strong Black woman) is like a man. These ideas are foundational to racist White patriarchy." --Ibram X. Kendi
