Maybe he simply meant that the President of Mexico is wonderful because of the help Mexico offered the island? We know His Trumpness isn't too good with words.
Last night I had drinks with a couple of friends here in Mexico who work in the government. Believe me, like many in the country, they are not big fans of their own president, EPN. But they're conviced that Trump is worse than their guy.
That's an amazing thing to grasp, 'cause Mexico is convinced that Enrique Peña Nieto is their worst president ever.

Maybe Trump confused Nieto with Trudeau or Mexico with Canada. I'm sure that happens all the time. In any case, I know who our worst president is and he still has over 3 years left. Well, minus whatever it takes Mueller to put that indictment together.
