EVEN NIKKI HALEY IS DISGUSTED!
Nikki Haley: "They also need to look at how they're talking about women ... You've got affiliated PACs that are doing commercials about calling Kamala the C-word. Or you had speakers at MSG referring to her and her pimps. That is not the way to win women"
Kamala can't be Willie Brown'ed!
ReplyDeletebtw - Was last night Kamala's "Take Back the Night" DC slut-walk?
Like all weak men who are intimidated by intelligent, strong, and independent women, JoeCon resorts to sexual slurs, because he's got nothing else.
DeleteWeak, frightened little men are ALWAYS abusive in language and physicality against strong, accomplished women. Their egos cannot cope with the reality that they cannot control them.
Poor things.
Here's a quote by Vanna Bonta: "Slander reveals the greatest truth about the coward implementing it."

DeleteDemocrats habitually trot out labels they think will cause political damage. These labels don't have to be accurate, don't have to be true, and could be applied to democrats as well. They don't care about any of that, they only look for a bumper sticker length label they can repeat over and over again to shut down debate or discussion, and it doesn't matter that the labels get overused to the point of being meaningless either.
Mudslinger, do you remember this being shouted everywhere, on bumper stickers, on t-shirts over the past 4 years:
Delete"LET'S GO BRANDON!"
Which means "F**k Joe Biden!"
Trumpers thought that was funny and a way to demean the president of the United States.
Neither I nor any other Democrat needs to hear a lecture on labels.
JC you're effing pathetic. No better than the Orange Menance you apparently are completely enamored with. Those who refuse to acknowledge filth are actually no better than the filth they accept.
ReplyDeleteI was and am a Nikki supporter and if she was the nominee it would be a landslide but the trumpers felt differently and now they will lose. Not sure the results of the primary wouldn't have been different had the dnc admitted joey b was senile and not going to run before the republican primary. Of course that was, IMO, intentional because they didn't want to announce kamala was the ordained until trump was locked in. No one can deny the forethought of the dnc putting their millions of dollars in donation from their billionaire contributors.
ReplyDeleteJust think about the possibilities of a capable women who answers questions against another female who has walked back everything she stood for and refuses to answer a question referring everything to her PR website.
Nikki Haley has walked back all the horrible and damning things she said about Trump because she's a coward, opportunist, and apparently has no moral convictions. You ignore this:
Delete“Unhinged,” “Not Qualified,” “Can’t Win a General Election”: All the Things Nikki Haley Said About Donald Trump Before Announcing She’ll Be Voting for Him in November.
Feb. 16, 2016: Haley said she had not decided who to endorse in the GOP primary, but she wouldn’t be backing Trump, saying he is “everything a governor doesn’t want in a president.”
Jan. 7, 2021: Haley said at the Republican National Committee’s winter meeting that Trump “ was badly wrong with his words yesterday. And it wasn’t just his words. His actions since Election Day will be judged harshly by history.”
Jan. 12, 2021: In an interview with Politico, Haley said of Trump, “We need to acknowledge he let us down. He went down a path he shouldn’t have, and we shouldn’t have followed him, and we shouldn’t have listened to him. And we can’t let that ever happen again.”
(Haley says "...we can't let that ever happen again." And then she endorses Trump so it CAN happen again!)
"The former South Carolina governor was arguing that Donald Trump was too old, too chaotic, too “unhinged” and too prone to temper tantrums to be president again and said he couldn’t beat President Joe Biden.
Before losing her home state’s primary to Trump earlier this year, Haley lashed out at Republicans who backed Trump despite privately despairing over him. “In politics, the herd mentality is enormously strong,” she said. “A lot of Republican politicians have surrendered to it. … Of course, many of the same politicians who now publicly embrace Trump privately dread him. They know what a disaster he’s been and will continue to be for our party. They’re just too afraid to say it out loud.”
Now Haley is saying out loud she’s voting for Trump. She has by her own words defined herself as a coward!
Haley doesn't have the courage nor the moral convictions that people like Liz Cheney do.
Haley is a coward and cowards don't make good presidents.
If Harris wins and she does a remarkably good job, which is more likely than not, my money is skud will continue to trash the accomplishment of an extremely capable women simply because she is not a conservative. Truthfully, republicans, MAGA cultists, and some conservatives simply have trouble formulating an honest or accurate criticism of her successes. So, they fabricate illusions, reify them, and run with them.
ReplyDeleteMs. Shaw, Of course she is going to support the republican because she wants the support when she runs again. The same could be said about harris being a coward for not acknowledging joey b was to senile to be in office. Politicians only do what is good for them and a women's harshest critics are women, look at the -H- and what she called billys bunkmates. What will determine the election is how many pieces of garbage and underground voters will choose trump. People come out and say the support harris because it is politically and socially acceptable to do that. If they change their minds in the booth that matters.
ReplyDeleteLess, There are no such thing as a fiscally conservative politician. I will acknowledge what harris does right for the country. The democrats manipulated the system through fraud and deceit and it looks like it will pay off for them.
This is why this country supports a convicted felon and adjudicated rapist. Conservatives do not have critical thinking skills:
Delete"Ms. Shaw, Of course she is going to support the republican because she wants the support when she runs again. The same could be said about harris being a coward for not acknowledging joey b was to senile to be in office."
skud thinks that Haley contradicting her own values and supporting Trump who she's said time and again would be a disaster for America is the same as Kamala Harris being loyal to her running mate and POTUS, who HAS NEVER BEEN LABELED A THREAT TO DEMOCRACY BY ANYONE.
Skud, I am shocked to read you don't see the difference here! Haley warned Americans that another Trump presidency would so awful that "we can't let that happen again." And then she endorsed Trump, which means she would let "that happen again!"
You comparison is bullocks!
Here's another reason we've been subjected to the horrors of Trump for the last 9 years:
skud: "The democrats manipulated the system through fraud and deceit and it looks like it will pay off for them."
False accusations by people who think their opinions are facts. Skud presents nothing to back up that vile accusation. He sounds bitter and angry.
I should have put IMO but didn't. You believe that a person can be in close contact with someone and not see their decline. They say how sharp that person is until they fall off a cliff and then she steps in at the last moment to save the day when there is no time to look at anyone else. How was the least liked VP in history become the darling of the party if it were not fraud and deception. That was a planned event by the dnc and biden gave them the ammunition to put in motion.
ReplyDeleteTrump wants to enact tariffs on china which would help businesses but could raise prices, harris want to raise taxes on businesses which would give her more money to give away and raise taxes. I would rather support someone who wants to combat crime, regulate the border, reduce regulations which will aid in reducing prices, keep us out of military conflicts and not put so many resources into supporting china battery makers.
Why on earth do you care how VP Harris was chosen. You obviously don't know that Joe Biden gave her his blessing -- he is the leader of the Democratic Party, for your information, and all the delegates who supported Biden for re-election accepted that he did not want to seek re-election and gave their support/votes to VP Harris. Why can't you accept that fact? It sounds like you and many other Trumpers are p.o'd because VP Harris has turned out to be an excellent candidate who has done an incredible job of uniting the Democratic Party.
DeleteNo one in the Democratic Party CHALLENGED HER!
There was no fraud and deception! Your accusation of fraud and deception is strictly an opinion BASED ON NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER.
Give it a rest. Bitterness is not good for one's health.
Why on earth do people continue to engage with folks who live an illusory existence?
DeleteI am beyond tired of humans (irl and online alike) making medical decisions about humans they've never met in person, nor have they interacted with that person other than through the perspective of a third person (she said to my friend who then told me, etc).
ReplyDeleteHere's a perspective. My bonafides: my husband, father, grandfather, and grandmother all suffered from a diagnosis included under the dementia umbrella. I watched as each lost who they were, learning to love the new them until death, a process that sometimes took years. I know it when I see it. I suffer from the acute effects of too much stress without any supporting alleviators such as income, housing, or nutrition. I know the effects of stress. I live it every day.
My point: During the time period the heavy reporting of Biden's mental decline occurred there was more going on than just a presidential race and botched debate. Way back machine via emptywheel reminded me of the Hamas attack and Israeli responses; specifically their sorry/not sorry for killing world beloved food workers. Also in this time period Biden's son Hunter thought he'd sealed the deal on his legal issues only for the GOP chairs to botch the deal because they wanted to "Open a Committee" to air out all the dirty laundry. It was not lost to President Biden that had Hunter been just an ordinary citizen the deal would have held. But... All that stress, all that shenanigans played out writ large on the public square and EVERY ONE (always exceptions to everyone - #mobiuslogic) in the traditional and some not so traditional media jumped to the conclusion that Biden was losing it.
Ya' know he sat for that deposition with the DOJ appointed snake after being in the Situation Room after the Hamas bombings? You know he saw via video on the ground and satellite images things you and I hope to never see, because once you've seen them there is no forgetting. The visions tend to stick in ones dreams, or so I've been told.
Do I agree with everything President Biden has said or done? No, of course not. I'm an American; we're contrary. But having walked next to the path President Biden has walked in terms of stress, I'm amazed he's still with us. Stress has killed lessor humans and yet Biden is still here, still doing the job, and doing it with a smile, and no, not a dementia smile. His eyes are here/now. There may be something but as honest and to the letter is Joe Biden if there was something he'd tell us, that's just the kind of guy he is. But don't trust me, check the record.
It's telling who will demean a soul and claim it's just politics. No, it's not. It's life and it's real. I've said I'd never wish my life on an enemy but maybe that needs to change. Perhaps there exist humans who totally need to experience what I've experienced - adjusted for their levels of course. You don't throw level one on a black diamond run. Karma baby, she does like to sneak up on a person.
I, too, lost my husband, a sister, and a beloved cousin to Alzheimers and dementia. I know dementia when I see it, and Joe Biden does not have dementia. I had to watch my husband, a graduate of MIT in physics, slowly slip away from me, as well as see my older sister forget who her own children were!
DeleteUnless he's a geriatric psychiatrist or any other kind of MD, skudrunner should withhold his unschooled diagnoses of other people's mental condition and concentrate on his own, which appears to be one of bitterness and anger!
skud: "Trump wants to enact tariffs on china which would help businesses but could raise prices, harris want to raise taxes on businesses which would give her more money to give away and raise taxes. "
ReplyDeleteFrom The Tax Foundation:
"Candidate Trump has proposed significant tariff hikes as part of his presidential campaign; we estimate that if imposed, his proposed tariff increases would hike taxes by another $524 billion annually and shrink GDP by at least 0.8 percent, the capital stock by 0.7 percent, and employment by 684,000 full-time equivalent jobs.
Our estimates do not capture the effects of retaliation, nor the additional harms that would stem from starting a global trade war."
It would be nice if you backed your opinions/accusations with facts and evidence. You never do. Why is that?
skud: "I would rather support someone who wants to combat crime, regulate the border, reduce regulations which will aid in reducing prices, keep us out of military conflicts and not put so many resources into supporting china battery makers."
Trump didn't do any of that in his first 4 years; what makes you think the liar, cheat, fraud, convicted felon and adjudicated rapist will do it if he's elected?
Our economy is the strongest in the developed world. Inflation is down. Employment is 4.1%, and gas at my local station is at $2.79.
Admit that there is NOTHING WHATSOEVER that any Democratic administration does that could make you happy, then you'll begin to understand where you anger comes from.
My father passed away from complications of Alzheimers so don't lecture me that I don't know what it is all about.
ReplyDeleteAs we get older we have less mental acuity and that applies to everyone after a certain age. Regardless of how you want to spin it biden suffers from dementia which is normal in most people of his age. Like most illnesses the degree is dependent on the individual and that is the reason some people in the upper 90's are sharp and others in their 60' are not.
Gas prices are down from three years ago but food, rent, insurance, healthcare are up and the cumulative increase is causing a great deal of pain for middle class families. In trumps four years crime was low, inflation was low employment was high and unemployment was low so I don't know where you get your information unless it is msnbs.
I hope neither one of them win but that won't happen.
I'm sorry your had to lose your father to Alzheimer's disease. I know what it's like to lose a loved one to that horrible affliction.
DeleteMy question to you is why do you never mention Trump's obvious cognitive decline? Why only hammer Joe Biden about this? Joe Biden is not a candidate for the presidency. VP Harris is, and she hasn't any signs of any cognitive decline, unlike Trump.
You're wrong about crime. The FBI collect data on crime month by month.
"In September 2024, the FBI released data with some retroactively good news: Violent crime declined across the US in 2023.
Has that trend continued this year? The FBI’s preliminary information says yes – but that data is not finalized, and it only includes crimes through the end of June."
PolitiFact | "After dropping the first three years of Trump’s presidency, violent crime rose in 2020, his final year in office. The increase was big enough to erase those collective decreases."
Employment is high and unemployment is low under Biden.
Tell us how a president controls grocery prices. Gas prices. Insurance premiums.
"...an admission by a Kroger grocery store executive, in a March email, that the company hiked its prices on milk and eggs more than necessary during the pandemic. The email was revealed as part of a federal antitrust trial challenging Kroger’s merger with fellow grocery giant, Albertsons."
"...the Justice Department, federal attorneys have gone after meatpackers with allegations they’re illegally squeezing farmers and consumers throughout the supply chain. They have also sued an agricultural data company for operating a price-fixing scheme they allege has inflated meat and poultry prices among dozens of the biggest protein companies in the world." -- POLITICO
Yeah skud, I know a 92 year old WOMEN who is sharper and more focused than Trump is today and maybe sharper the he has EVER been.
Delete"Tell us how a president controls grocery prices. Gas prices. Insurance premiums."
ReplyDeleteShutting down the country without proof it was necessary was stupid because it caused supply disruptions which caused prices to rise, kids to miss school and had limited effect on the outcome of the pandemic. Attacking and saying you are going to eliminate oil companies caused a spike in fuel prices which caused a spike in the price of everything, everything depends on petroleum either to make it or deliver it.
As to the crime rate your statics are flawed because of under reporting and reduction of police caused by the defund movement and hatred toward law enforcement. Politicians love to cite crime data. It’s often wrong.
Only 71% of U.S. law enforcement agencies submitted 2022 crime data to the FBI.
Violent crimes: Sexual assault is the most common unreported violent crime. Studies show that about 30-40% of violent crimes go unreported.
Property crimes: Studies show that about 50-60% of property crimes go unreported.
Crimes against businesses: Shoplifting and theft by retail employees are common, but are rarely reported to the police.
Murder: This is a type of crime that is often under-reported.
My stats from the FBI are flawed, but yours, which you do not link to, are correct, and we should believe you because you say so. Got it.
ReplyDeleteTrump had 4 years to show America what he could do when things were tough and when things are not so tough. The American people decided that he did a poor job and so they fired him.
Shaw, I've witnessed you post the data many times with links but as it's said out West (and other spaces), you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. skud's false claim about shutting down the country to control a pandemic.... Big breath. I read their words but all I heard was an entitled whine of how dare the universe inconvenience Me to the power of ME flavored with a pinch of since no deaths affected me, it wasn't as bad as reported. That last point is correct - not as bad as reported by traditional media but not in the way one might think. In fact it was worse, so much worse that many of those on the front lines have not completely recovered from the experience. The attacks by families who did not believe COVID19 existed, the pleas to help their dying loved ones as COVID19 claimed another non believer and believer alike. The chiller trucks in the parking lots because the morgues were full. The social media posts from around the globe, begging for supplies, foods, just... We had a plan to address this and Trump threw out the book. Trump owns this but where is skud in his condemnation?
DeleteI've a thought on that. Over the past weeks I reviewed the lies spewed by Trump and his cronies vs the propaganda put out by Russia backed podcasts and released as public notices from the alphabet crew. It's eerie how many comments from skud are included in the propaganda data set. I guess if anyone wanted to know if it works, yep, it does and it's insanely effective as proved by our resident trolls insistence that down is up and water is sand.
With heads in the sand and ass high in the air the MAGA horde is determined to rum the USA off the proverbial cliff.
