There's something desperately wrong with Trump.
He told the American people that America doesn't need the Strait of Hormuz, and it's not our problem.
This morning he posted on Truth Social account:
Trump posted that if Iran doesn't open up the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours, "...all hell will reign[sic] down on them." And then ended his post with "Glory be to GOD."
We have a mad man running the country.
Pete Hegseth has asked the American people to pray “every day, on bended knee” for a military victory in the Middle East “in the name of Jesus Christ.”
ReplyDeleteDoes that apply to Americans who are Jews, Moslems, Hindus, atheists or anyone else?
Can Hegseth, or the POTUS, MAGA, or anyone else, even explain what victory will look like? What specifically is it, that we want from Iran to stop the bombing?
ReplyDeleteNeither Jesus, the Buddha, Guru Nanak, or any other true spiritual master would support the statement by hegseth, supported by the trump regime, or the ignorance and the false ego driven righteousness that Zionist Christians are so f'ing caught up in.
ReplyDeleteThis war of choice is about control and domination over the people Zionists hate in the ME and will dead.
Period. Full Stop.
He won't quit until Bibi tells him to.
ReplyDeleteViolence is the mother of... more Violence.
ReplyDeleteHate is the mother of... more Hate.
MAGA, Zionista, and Christian Nationalists are embracing both and believing it brings glory to god?
Funny how ignorant zealots believe god will enjoy, and find glory in the death of many. Back in the day I was taught we were all God's children.
So, which is it?
It's "The Art of the Deal".
Delete...and ultimately, "The Alchemy of Finance".

The Alchemy of Finance by George Soros is a seminal book that explains his "theory of reflexivity," arguing that financial markets are not perfectly rational but are influenced by participants' biases, which in turn affect market outcomes, creating feedback loops. It combines theory with a day-by-day journal of his own portfolio management, offering insights into his successful, yet often unconventional, investment strategies, which involve high-risk, leveraged positions and a deep, emotional understanding of market dynamics. The book is considered a classic for its look into the mind of one of the world's most profitable investors, though some find its writing style convoluted.
Key Concepts
Reflexivity: The core theory that market participants' biases and expectations influence market prices, and those prices, in turn, influence the participants' actions, creating a self-reinforcing cycle.
Market Imperfection: Markets don't naturally move toward equilibrium; they are prone to booms and busts driven by human psychology, herd behavior, and cognitive errors.
Counter-trend Investing: Soros advocates for betting against prevailing market sentiment when evidence suggests a reversal, a strategy he famously used to profit from the devaluation of the British pound.
Emotional Involvement: He describes his intense emotional connection to his portfolio as a key to his success, using physical cues as signals for when to buy or sell.
Content and Style
Theoretical and Practical: It presents a new paradigm for understanding markets and includes a journal of his own trading activities.
Challenging Read: Some readers find the writing style dense and difficult to apply to modern markets, despite its insights.
Timeless Principles: Despite the specific examples, it reveals timeless principles of investing and market psychology.
Significance
Classic Investment Guide: It is often compared to Reminiscences of a Stock Operator as a timeless guide to the marketplace.
Inside Look: Offers a rare look into the decision-making process of a legendary investor.
Donald Trump began the holiest day on the Christian calendar with a profanity-filled Truth Social tirade in which he praised Allah.
ReplyDeleteThe president, a Christian, kicked off Easter Sunday with a threatening message to Iran at 8:03 a.m.
“Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!!” Trump, 79, began.
“Open the F—n’ Strait, you crazy b—--ds, or you’ll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH!” he raged. “Praise be to Allah. President DONALD J. TRUMP”
An Easter Sunday for true believers?
