President-elect Donald Trump’s stunning political comeback has created an opening for Russia to shatter Western unity on Ukraine and redraw the global power map, according to several influential members of the Russian elite.
Across the corridors of power in Moscow, the win for Trump’s populist campaign arguing that America should focus on its domestic woes over aiding countries like Ukraine was being hailed as a potential victory for Russia’s efforts to carve out its own sphere of influence in the world.

All of the 2020 election deniers are now telling us that we have to accept Trump as our President. I have three words for them, "no f**king way". He is not my President and will do anything I can do to oppose him."

For the people who are morally superior there is a lot of hate towards those who do not feel as they do. The tolerant left who says they support individual freedoms only support those freedoms if they agree with their views. Granted there were many on the right who did not like the current administration but there was not the outward hate expressed about it. He is not my president is an absurd thing to say and many people will end friendships because they voted for trump. Sad state of affairs.
I may not have liked obama and biden but I never said they were not my president because they were president of the US and I am a citizen. If I don't want to support my country then I should move to a country I support.

With that sort of broad-brush reasoning, one could say that the "family values and law and order" Republican Party approves of convicted criminals, sexual assaulters, and serial adulterers as leaders and great examples for our young Americans to aspire to. After all , the current Republican Party awarded a criminal, and sexual assaulter, with the highest office in the land and as an example of what they believe is the finest sort of American citizen with good morals and character!

As to my disdain for anything liberal or democrat you are incorrect. As I have stated many times I support a women's right to have an abortion as she is the one who has to live with her choice. I believe everyone should have basic healthcare and I also believe everyone should pay their fair share of taxes. As I have stated many times I am a social liberal and a fiscal conservative which means I don't care who you marry or what sex you want to be just do it with your own money. Liberals seem to take a view, IMO, that if you don't agree with them you are wrong and they are more than happy to give away your money so they can get the warm fuzzies.

skud, I ran the social liberal fiscal conservative label on my shirt sleeve for awhile and eventually found the "marriage" unworkable. Because they are completely incongruous attempting to function as a unified belief/value system for running a country's government.
Upon realization of this truth i had no choice but to drop the fiscal conservative agenda entirely and embrace full on liberalism.
tRump, and his MAGA illusion turned me even more supportive of progressives as I realized that the only way to defeat the lies and illusion was to align with and support all who opposed tRump and his MAGA agenda. His Project 2025 agenda this time out made it even more critical.

How could you forget that and the fact that there are videos, recordings, and statements made by Republican senators, US reps, and governors who said Trump is a terrible person, a kook, a liar, and someone who would be the worst thing to happen to our country, (Haley) then they “ marched in step” and ignored their own words against Trump and endorsed and supported him.
