Here's What The Germans Think of Our Unpopular Bungler of a Preznit

Don't look for any agreement from the suckers who voted for this national disaster. President Donald Russia is now lawyering up because of his Trump-Russia scandals.

We're only 4 months into President Russia's national embarrassment of a presidency and we already have scandal fatigue.

Check out Infidel753's blog post on the Brits mocking Trump.

And it's not just the Brits and Germans who mock Trump or think he's a menace to the world:

Donald Trump Is a Menace to the World:

Opinion:    A Danger to the World

It's Time to Get Rid of Donald Trump

Donald Trump has transformed the United States into a laughing stock and he is a danger to the world. He must be removed from the White House before things get even worse.

A DER SPIEGEL
Editorial by Klaus Brinkbäumer

Donald Trump is not fit to be president of the United States. He does not possess the requisite intellect and does not understand the significance of the office he holds nor the tasks associated with it. He doesn't read. He doesn't bother to peruse important files and intelligence reports and knows little about the issues that he has identified as his priorities. His decisions are capricious and they are delivered in the form of tyrannical decrees.

He is a man free of morals. As has been demonstrated hundreds of times, he is a liar, a racist and a cheat. I feel ashamed to use these words, as sharp and loud as they are. But if they apply to anyone, they apply to Trump. And one of the media's tasks is to continue telling things as they are: Trump has to be removed from the White House. Quickly. He is a danger to the world.

Trump is a miserable politician. He fired the FBI director simply because he could. James Comey had gotten under his skin with his investigation into Trump's confidants. Comey had also refused to swear loyalty and fealty to Trump and to abandon the investigation. He had to go.

Witnessing an American Tragedy

Trump is also a miserable boss. His people invent excuses for him and lie on his behalf because they have to, but then Trump wakes up and posts tweets that contradict what they have said. He doesn't care that his spokesman, his secretary of state and his national security adviser had just denied that the president had handed Russia (of all countries) sensitive intelligence gleaned from Israel (of all countries). Trump tweeted: Yes, yes, I did, because I can. I'm president after all.

And don't forget Trump's BLAME AMERICA TOO statement when he was a candidate. His fans saw nothing wrong with Trump shi**ing all over America when he said this:

"Trump nearly swooned at the compliment saying, “it is always a great honor to be so nicely complimented by a man so highly respected within his own country and beyond.” It didn’t matter in the least that the media was gobsmacked, he was thrilled, telling Joe Scarborough “when people call you brilliant, it’s always good, especially when the person heads up Russia.” He even went out of his way to defend him against the charges that Putin had been responsible for the deaths of opposition journalists, saying “our country does plenty of killing.”

Donald Trump is the political joke of the world...and by extension, so are we. We are the ones who stepped in this pile of poo, and we must now scrap it off our shoes.

Ducky's here said...

It will probably start in Texas

"A Texas state representative, referring to protesters at the State Capitol on Monday, said he reported “several illegal immigrants” to federal immigration authorities and then threatened to shoot a fellow lawmaker who objected."

I fear we underestimate the extent that Lord Dampnut is empowering these loons.

Anonymous @8:57AM, Trump criticizes America all the time. He doesn't think America is great, that why he promised to MAGA! Instead he's made America a joke in front of the world. Other than repressive regimes, what nations take him seriously? Trump is a friend of dictators and strongmen.

T.T., Trump can be thanked for turning the Party of Lincoln into the Party of Thugs and Idiots.

Jerry, we didn't vote for the Trump disaster, the Goopers did, and they're proud of their disaster, constantly putting lipstick on the pig.

Ducky, truly, this country is the living example of the old saying "A fish stinks from the head." Donald "Fish Head" Trump.

He is an embarrassment to the US. Demanding that the American taxpayer not pick up the tab for the UN and NATO and that the rest of the world needs to pay their fair share. Seems like he picked up the fair share statement from someone else.
His SIL trying to establish back channel communications with foreign governments. Who does he think he is -H- setting up back channel's with Iran, a US hater, to help them get billions of dollars and nuclear weapons or BHO with back channels with Cuba, another US hater.
Trump always leaves you wondering what he will do next but you know it certainly won't be politically correct. He is somewhat like his predecessor who was going to unite the country and only further divided it. The difference is the media reports All of DJT missteps in real time.

Good Gawd, skud. You're all over the place with apples to oranges comparison. You obviously don't know what a back channel is. You really shouldn't run around to the blogs and pretend what the Obama administration and Secretary of State Hillary did is NOT the same as Donald Trump's civilian real estate mogul son-in-law, who has zero foreign policy cred, in fact zero anything to do with our government, meets with Russian spies AND a Russian BANK! Why? He sells and buys real estate. That's it! Why do you defend the indefensible? You have no understanding whatsoever about this.

LEARN HERE.

skudrunner said...

Good Gawd Ms Shaw, do you ever not back the previous administration in their dealings. For -H to set up a back channels with Iran to talk about giving them billions of dollars and the keys to nuclear weapons is OK with you. A back channel is a back channel no matter who is setting it up and so far it is a "reported attempt" by SIL. It is not illegal and so far there is little known about if he did try and if so for what reason. We know for a fact that -H- set up a back channel to Iran and BHO to Cuba.

skud, I can't help you. You think what Jared Kushner did is no different from what Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did? I can't help you. Feel free to continue to believe that bunk. And that's what it is. Your stubbornness in refusing to see the difference is your problem, not mine.

"Scott Olson, a recently retired FBI agent who ran counterintelligence operations and spent more than 20 years at the bureau, agreed that it is not unusual for low-level staffers to work between governments and bypass bureaucracy to exchange views and build consensus in advance of higher-level negotiations.

But what Kushner appears to have done is "substantially different, in two ways," he said.

"First, he is not seeking a back-channel for a low-level staff exchange," Olson said. "He wants high-level direct-contact communication. This is extremely dangerous because it results in verbal (and therefore undocumented and unwitnessed) agreements, which are binding on governments. Free governments do not work this way. They can't. If they do, they are no longer free."

He continued:

"Second, he asked to use a foreign government's communication facilities. This is way beyond a private server. This is doing US government diplomatic business over a foreign government's communication system. It's not an off-the-record conversation. It's a conversation recorded by the opposing party. This shows a staggering lack of understanding of the US and its place in the world. Actually, it shows a staggering lack of common sense. When he negotiates a business deal does he use the other guy's notes?"

Kushner, President Donald Trump's son-in-law and a top White House adviser, was willing to go extraordinary lengths to establish a secret line of communication between the Trump administration and Russian government officials, The Washington Post reported Friday.

Kushner met with Russia's ambassador, Sergey Kislyak, in December at Trump Tower, where he floated the possibility of setting up a secure line of communication between the Trump transition team and Russia — and having those talks take place in Russian diplomatic facilities in the US. That would essentially conceal their interactions from US government scrutiny, The Post wrote, citing US intelligence officials briefed on the matter."

Shaw Kenawe said...

"What could the Trump transition team not have the U.S. government hear them saying?” said Ned Price, a former CIA officer and National Security Council spokesman in the Obama administration. “Obviously, this is improper and may have been illegal. … You don’t have an innocuous explanation for this. You can’t attribute this to carelessness.”

Evelyn Farkas, deputy assistant secretary of defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia Obama administration, said: “The fact that they would want to hide it not just from the U.S. public but the U.S. government is unusual, and then they would want to embed the channel inside the Russian intelligence apparatus, if true, is entirely shocking and unprecedented. It’s beyond improper.”

Skud... HRC was acting as an agent of the government. The elected serving government. Whether we agree with the outcome does not matter.

What matters here is that Jared was a "private" citizen working to give an enemy foreign government information, possibly about our government. Now, if he waiting til he got his position, no issues with the Admins right to do this, but that is not the case.

And then when asked whether he had contact with that enemy foreign government, he, like a number of Trump nominees, lied about it.

Those facts are not in dispute.

Ducky's here said...

skud,

1. We DID NOT give Iran billions. That was their money that was frozen and released as part of easing sanctions.
I notice that President Happy Hands is continuing the easing of those sanctions. Any comment?

2. How do you engage in negotiations with a nation when you lack diplomatic recognition?
Of course there were back channels for negations with Iran and Cuba (each with positive results).
Seems to be in a different class than Lord Dampnut's senior advisor trying to set up his personnel Century 24 office (with money laundering on the side) with Russian oligarchs.

3. You seem to think that there is one big NATO slush fund that everyone kicks into. Wrong but no problem, the Orange Man thought so also. I get a kick out of the fringe right warriors who think that a few days after his little golf cart escapade at the G7 all the NATO leaders increased their defense antes. That's pure cheese.

@skud - Trump always leaves you wondering what he will do next.

We agree. You don't know if it's insulting a world leader, throttling the press or shouting down climate change research.
Keep on whistling past the graveyard while we try to convince you that this dim bulb is a clear and present danger.

Thanks for the link. The one positive thing to come from Trump's trip abroad is that he apparently found it so strenuous and disagreeable that he's unlikely to want to do another such trip anytime soon. He can make exaggerated claims about what he got done, of course, but soon the media reports on the huge crowd for Obama's almost-simultaneous visit to Berlin will come to his attention, and based on how worked up he got over the inauguration crowd size comparisons, he should be good for a week or two of furious tweeting about this too.

Concerning Wilbur Ross's admiring comment that he didn't see any protests in Saudi Arabia during Trump's visit, here is an example of why people in that country almost never attend protests. This is the kind of regime Trump praises, while heaping abuse on democratic Germany, whose present constitution (written after World War II) was partly modeled on our own.

"Beyond improper" in many American's minds means treason. What did Kushner who knows nothing about diplomacy or foreign policy promise the Russians? Pay to play? As I said, treason. He's in deep doo-doo.

skudrunner doesn't understand that the problem with the Kushner back-channel attempt is that Kushner was part of a transition team, not the government, as was Clinton and Obama. What was the purpose of having the communications embedded in the Russian intelligence apparatus? That is very, very troubling. We need an explanation on this from the Trump administration and from Kushner himself.

Jared Kushner’s Growing Stench of Treason --Emile Simpson, Foreign Policy

"Nobody knows yet whether the president's son-in-law broke any laws. But "traitor" is more than just a legal term.

But it’s the very legitimacy of wanting better relations with Russia, given Trump’s democratic mandate to pursue such a course, that makes Kushner’s desire to hide the Trump transition team’s connections with the Kremlin from U.S. intelligence so dubious, especially if he did intend for the backchannel to continue, or to start, after the inauguration. That is the kernel of the illegitimacy here: not the effort to improve relations through a backchannel, but the extraordinary measures to keep it secret from one’s own side."

dunkinville said...

I think Jared came on board at Ivanka's request to try to manage Trump, and believed himself far more skilled and knowledgeable than he really was. As the only person who had the President's full confidence he took on the role of shadow leader. Trouble is, he lacks experience, a grounding in any issues, and a fully-developed moral code. Kushner shares many negative qualities with his father-in-law: arrogance, hubris, greed, shallow thinking, no compassion and the bullying instincts of an all-powerful landlord. For two examples: thinking it would be a public relations coup to fire Comey and trying to set up a back channel with the Russians show Kushner is completely out of his depth. That Trup sets his course on Jared's ideas shows the the President is even more clueless and lost.

So who has any facts that this happened. Alleged, rumor, speculation are words used but one thing that isn't used is fact.
Trump has done a deplorable job so far and it is rumored in the press that his farts stink.
Do most wish we had a different president, yes just not -H-. If she was elected all of the questionable stuff DJT does would still be done but the press would be silent plus we would have to see hear from her daughter.

Dave Miller said...

Well Skud, the Trump Admin has essentially admitted the meetings.

That's why many have redone their security clearances. But as usual, you skipped the real issue. Why the Trump Admin had consistently felt a need to not tell the truth about the Russian meetings...

Skid actually thinks the press wouldn't cover any scandals if Hillary were in the WH ? Seriously? They, and the bleating idiots on the right STILL keep whining and yapping about her damn emails and Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi, even after wasting millions on endless investigations which all came up with NADA. Just once, I'd like Skid and the rest of the swamp dwellers to actually use logic and facts..... I know, far too much to hope for from that bunch....

skudrunner said...

Again Dave you use the questionable word "essentially" which means not really.
DJT lies, covers up, distorts the truth, is arrogant, narcissistic, loves to hear his own voice and is in love with power. In essence he is becoming a politician except he can't be bought with money. Who in politics does not have all of those traits except most can be bought.

What is wrong with having communications with Russia, after all they are a world power. The excuse they interfered with the last election is BS. They have interfered with elections for decades and not just ours, look it up. The outrage this time is they may have leaked -H-'s emails that she in fact wrote and kept on a non-secure server. Have you ever heard her say they were not hers. Maybe some day she will take responsibility for her embarrassing loss and go against the standard clinton policy of blame others.

skudrunner said...

I support DJT resigning for the good of the country. He has accomplished little and has not kept his campaign promises. We still have obamacare and -H- has not been indicted. The middle class has been dead for over eight years and he will not bring it back and most manufacturing jobs will remain off shore because of cost.

If he does resign then Pence will step in and bring calmer waters to the political landscape. He will have a very good chance of accomplishing something and winning reelection. DJT will have a hard time winning anything and can live comfortably in his mansions.

Blueballs, it is not that -H- didn't do anything wrong in Bengazi it is just that they could not prove it wasn't just stupidity or arrogance on her part. After all what difference does it make.

Skud is such a bitter unhappy wingnut. I guess it's because him and his fellow wingnuts thought Trump would deliver them to the promised land and instead he's leading them into a swamp of lies and treason. Trump can't put two thoughts together without making a fool of himself and all skud can come up with is talking about Hillary Clinton? Hillary is respected around the world and the 30% of the American population that hates her actually believe everyone hates her. We'll be watching to see their reaction when reality hits them over their heads.

Dave Miller said...

Well Skud, I will say this... you know I've always said HRC blew the election. Straight up. She was a horrible candidate. And she still has yet to accept or acknowledge that reality.

Regarding Russia, again, talking to the enemy is not inherently bad, unless you were candidate Obama. Remember the extremists did not think he should do that, but now it's okay.

Again though, it's not the reaching out. It's the lies about whether it was done. Why have Trump Admin members lied on this?
