AG Barr says
Mueller described the facts surrounding his investigation into allegations of
obstruction of justice but made no determination as to wether Trump committed a
crime, deferring to Barr. (Don’t’ forget
that Barr is Trump’s appointee, and Trump’s man in the DoD. –S.K.)
The report “does
not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him,” Barr
quotes Mueller as writing.
"The Barr Letter says Mueller did not make a determination of whether Trump obstructed justice. It sets out both sides. But Barr concludes— on his determination — that there was no obstruction. How did he do that without trying to interview Trump?"
Full report now needs to come out.
ex·on·er·ate /iɡˈzänəˌrāt/
verb 1. (especially of an official body) absolve (someone) from blame for a fault or wrongdoing, especially after due consideration of the case.
AG Barr concluded that the Mueller report did not EXONERATE Trump from commiting any crime.

Trump's shouting from the rooftops that this exonerates him even though is own attorney general summarized Mueller and said the report does not exhonerate him. Trump's being his usual jackass self.
We need to see the whole report.
It exonerates him for collusion that’s for sure. Now, do the Dems want to pursue an obstruction charge in an investigation that in theory never should have happened?
We don't know what the report says. We know what Trump's AG said it said. And it said the report doesn't exonerate Trump. Also, we still don't know why all those people lied about their contacts with the Russians.
Mueller Report or not doesn't change the fact that Trump is a liar, a cheat, and a fraud.
He also isn't exonerated.
I'm glad I'm going out of state to enjoy the warmth of the desert. See you next week!
Mueller did not charge Trump with anything. The AG won't charge Trump with anything. Whatever the report says, Mueller decided to file no charges against Trump. You say there are many other investigations against Trump, fine, get busy, because the Mueller
investigation is over and going nowhere.
Any one like to lay odds on whether the media and Congress will insure this remains front page news until at least 2020?
It exonerates him for collusion that's for sure...
NO!! That is not for sure. My guess is that if Manafort had actually flipped (instead of fake flipping) Mueller would have been able to prove collusion that passed the impossibly HIGH bar he, as a by-the-book conservative prosecutor, thought he needed to meet. Obviously, given Manafort's 8/2/2016 meeting with Konstantin Kilimnik at the Grand Havana Room at 666 Fifth Avenue where he handed off internal polling data (which allowed Russia to micro-target the states and people which put tRump over the top in certain swing states), I think we can conclude Manafort colluded. And he might be concerned about being poisoned if he talks.
"No collusion" is utter BS. tRump knew what was going on, but it couldn't be conclusively proven... I guess. Despite how incredibly obvious it appears to anyone paying attention ("I love it", "Russia, if you're listening...", 100+ meetings with Russian operatives, Roger Stone being in contact with Julian Assange, etc).
