The Stage for CPAC Meeting. Look closely.

 UPDATE HERE:

The Odal rune on a flag from the 2017 Unite the Right rally, Charlottesville, VA

This is NOT an accident: When a group shows you what they are, BELIEVE THEM!

This is the stage for the current CPAC meeting.

This is no accident.

They're not trying to hide it anymore:

Neo Nazis prefer the odal rune over the swastika.

"I am stunned. I work with graphics every day as does our team. We drop stuff all day long with images laid in.

I’ve done event planning. You *always* check and double check that your designs could even remotely resemble something controversial.

This is not an accident.

This is in our face.

WE ARE HERE and, yes, it is what you thought."

Exactly. It's all out in the open.
He's running in 2024.

Holy $#!T. It has to be. That stage layout is too weird to have just accidentally hit on the same shape by coincidence.

Somebody meant this as a visual dog whistle to some Very Fine People.

Yeah, it's there, although it is not easily seen unless you know what you're looking at. Which I supose is purposeful.

After their actions of the past few years, is anyone really shocked that they're so open about this? Really? I'm just surprised they weren't all goose-stepping around the stage and shouting Heil Drumpf at the top of their lungs.

Is the next civil war still in the picture? Is it time for the lefties to start buying guns and stocking up on ammunition?

Looks like a landing pad for leprechauns. I guess you can see whatever you want if your imagination will let you.

The CPAC is being held at the Hyatt in Orlando. What makes you think Hyatt designed the stage setting and not a professional stage set design company that does it for all sorts of conferences and conventions?

Another interpretation is that the designer slipped the symbolism by CPAC to “out” what CPAC really stands for.

Mike, what makes you think we don't already have guns and know how to use them?

CPAC's unusual stage is clearly in the shape of a well known Nazi symbol.

It is also a symbol in use today by American extremists.

Matt Schlapp and the CPAC leadership need to explain how this could have happened.

skudrunner, "imagination" has nothing to do with the actual symbol that CPAC made into a stage. The design had to have been approved by someone. That design was a well-known Nazi symbol. The SS wore it on their collars and current white supremacist groups use it.

At least the GOP isn't trying to hide anymore what they stand for.

The ADL and many law enforcement agencies recognize the Odal rune as being a symbol used by Neo-Nazi organizations -

@Bluebullamerica - I haven't had a gun in a long time. But having gone through basic training and being in the reserves for 6 years, I know how to use them. In those 6 years, we went from M1's to M14's then to M16's. I could shoot better with an M16 than an M14.

Same here, Mike. The M16, I always found to be a smoother fire. My favorite, though was the M60 (machine gun). :)
