Asian-Americans Are Scared for a Reason
Officer Jay Baker with the Cherokee County sheriff's office in Georgia offered up his opinion on the shooter's motivations for the killing spree: “He was pretty much fed up and at the end of his rope, and yesterday was a really bad day for him and this is what he did.”
(Not as bad as the women he murdered!)
Does anyone who's watched years of policing in this country -- shooting black suspects first, even unarmed suspects! or kneeling on their necks until they're dead! -- does anyone believe this white officer's opinion?
BTW, this Officer Baker had "...posted racist imagery on Facebook — joking about a T-shirt that blamed China for the pandemic. The shirt was a twist on the Corona beer label that said “Covid 19 IMPORTED VIRUS FROM CHY-NA.”
Is there any doubt where this Officer Baker's sympathies are? Disgraceful. Racist.

On another subject:
I often get emails from friends of P.E. noting what's being posted on various far right blogs. I sometimes repost those stories here because they give us an insight into how far right Trumpublicans/cultists think. The far right blog posts also show me the damage that four years of Trumpism did to America.
For example: I received an email this morning that showed one of those far right bloggers actually being giddy over the recent exchange between President Biden and Putin. But not for a normal reason -- normal being that an American would not take the side of a murderous dictator -- Putin has killed or exiled every opponent who's been a threat to his grip on power. (See Alexei Navalny).
So we see that Putin is a murderer who "offs" or exiles threats to his power, and who tries to (and in some ways succeeds) to manipulate our presidential elections, which should disgust and horrify a normal American.
What was mailed to me today shows that four years of Trumpism has turned Trump's loyal followers (cultists) into favoring Putin over their own American president.
Trumpers actually applaud an ex-KGB Communist dictator over their American president!
Here they are giddy over showing their public disloyalty to America:

So Putin has heard all the stories of Biden’s difficulties taking questions, not doing a State of the Union, still not having even done a real press conference………….and Putin wants to ‘continue their discussion’ because he thinks it ‘would be interesting for the people of Russia and for the people of the United States.’ I think it would be, too

Because they're more aligned with Putin (white supremacy, bigotry, hate, anti-democracy) than they are with America.
They've been willing participants in helping Putin in his quest to destroy American democracy.
Also:
They are no longer behind democracy. They prefer fascism and authoritarianism. There aren’t many of them, so we should ignore them and if we can’t, we should shame them. This is too important to democracy.
But as I said in my post, they don't see how anti-American, anti-democracy they are and how easily they play into Putin's narrative against America. Yes, they are that naive!
I'm old enough to remember when Reagan was in office and Republicans despised Russia. I remember when Reagan called Russia "the evil empire."

I read that blog. I asked myself are they that uninformed?
Answer: Yes. Pathetically. No American president "debates" a foreign leader, they speak with them with interpreters if needed. And Trump forbid the interpreter at the Helsinki meeting with Putin. Do those people wonder why? Those bloggers don't know this? Wait!

Numerous dissidents have been poisoned or killed on Putin's orders, including most recently, Alexei Navalny, but before that Alexander Litvinenko, Sergei Skripal, Anna Politkovskaya, who was covering the Chenya war, and literally dozens of journalists just to begin the list.
The silencing of opposition through murder in Russia only happens because there is approval and support at the highest level -- Putin.
The blogger in my post and her commenters by praising Putin against the American president are condoning his murderous behavior. These are the same folks who unequivocally supported Trump, and who, by their enthusiastic approval of Putin, would have applauded Trump had he decided he could get away with murdering his opponents. IOWs those folks are pro-dictarotships and anti-Americans.
Don't ever let them forget their treachery.
They're the same turncoats who called for the assassination of President Obama. I have it documented.
Fox has spent more than a decade telling its viewers that Democrats are their enemies.
So, I can guarantee you that Fox viewers have more hatred for their Democratic countrymen than they do for a foreign leader who is actively trying to topple the US.

The way you win a debate is by being right. So Fox & Republicans believe Putin would win a debate with Biden because they agree with Putin’s governing ideas which include murder & a whole lot more socialism & a cancel culture that includes prison.
