As I understand it, most MAGA present themselves as Christians, devoted to God and His Commandments.
Jesus said these are the two greatest Commandments:
“Jesus replied: 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. ' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' "
I don't believe in the "Devil," but as a former Christian, I understand what the Devil represents to Christians. The person who posted the above meme believes "empathy," (having the ability to understand and share another person's feeling, usually when that person is in dire trouble), is evil.
In loving one's neighbor, the ability to understand one's neighbor's misfortunes in order to help him/her is an act of love, not evil.
The people who believe the Good Pastor Budde is evil are, in Chistian beliefs, doing the work of the Devil -- or in secular terms, slandering the pastor for doing their God's work.
We truly are living in a terrible time.

There's no place for Christ in Christian nationalism. The would crucify Him as a commie if He returned.

Neither the BSFp or MAGA cultists understand the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, let alone reflect them in their lives.
Dave is right, they would crucify him out of their ignorance and hate for his pure pristine altruism.
