America's government now ranks up there with the most unethical, immoral, and corrupt governing bodies of the 21st century. Crime Boss Trump has made it so as Americans willfully, in their ignorance, handed the authoritarian fascist the keys to our nation's decline and eventual destruction.

But the Epstein debacle is an existential threat, not cured by economics. It needed to be handled delicately and with smart optics, noting in the normal Trump playbook.
America, after being convinced by Trump allies, with no pushback from the boss himself, believes there is some horrible info in the Epstein files. FBI Director Patel said there were. Asst FBI Drector Bongino said there were. AG Bondi said she had the files and lists on her desk.
Now apparently those statements are all false. But, those three helped convince America of a deep state group of rich and powerful child abusers.
The Trump Admin created this mess. Next to Epstein himself, all of this is on President Trump and all "the best people" he has hired.
Can you just imagine what the economy would be like if we had government representatives who did their jobs instead of just battling the other side. The democrats are honing their platform to gain control, epstein and illegals. They tried jan 6th as their main platform but the public was less than enthused and didn't jump on board. Now there is epstein and we will have to see how it will pay off for them. The latest platform is support illegals because they are the future voters that will keep us in power. January 6th was disgusting and so is epstein and no one can support either one except the true trump supporter, which will decrease dramatically in November when they discover how toxic he is. The ploy to shut down a portion of the government for citizens so you can increase your future voting base is absurd. As much as the media is pro democrat even they cannot find the rational for this position and will back away from it soon and perhaps throw their attention to government corruption and waste, just kidding they won't do that because that would take talent and the news media is not about journalism but about pretty faces.

Governor Walz is right. The Feds came into Minnesota like a bull in a china shop. Were a few hotel windows broken? Yes, but that is it. What ICE did in Minnesota has "caused tens of millions of dollars in losses to businesses in December and January" due to businesses closing due to either staff being afraid to leave their homes or businesses getting no customers due to the same thing. I mentioned in a past post about a beloved independent coffee shop in the Twin City suburb of Eagan that was left completely open when ICE came and took the staff and left coffee brewing, lights on and music on. It required local police to come and turn everything off and secure the business. That business has stayed closed since early January and probably will not reopen.
Minnesota did the impossible. Trump's advisors told him to send in the shock and awe troops not to round up immigrants but to provoke a violent reaction so Trump could implement the Insurrection Act. And Minnesotans did what they do best, they defied expectations. They organized and then best of all they weaponized Minnesota Nice.
What ICE broke can't be fixed with a check for broken windows. They broke the trust of Americans in their Federal government. They damaged our belief in the rule of law, especially with 96+ court orders ignored from one judge and the over 4,400 court judgements stating ICE illegally detained people in the month of January 2026.
