General John Kelly: "He said that, in his opinion, Mr. Trump met the definition of a fascist, would govern like a dictator if allowed, and had no understanding of the Constitution or the concept of rule of law."

Just a reminder...

Trump lost the popular vote; but when Obama beat Romney decisively in both the electoral college and popular vote, Trump called for marches on Washington, saying "this cannot stand" and "we are a deeply divided nation."

True story.

This election is a total sham and a travesty. We are not a democracy!

An 'extremely credible source' has called my office and told me that @BarackObama's birth certificate is a fraud.
Trump should expect from the Democrats the same level of cooperation and respect he gave to President Obama.

And remember, no one in the TeaPublican Party stood up and countered Trump's birther racism or his inane claims that the 2012 election was somehow a fraudulent travesty.

It is interesting to note how many Trumpistas now demand that we liberals/Democrats obsequiesely kiss the hem of Trump's extra-large pant cuffs now that he's on his way to the presidency.

Trump outlines the first 100 days

Naturally repealing the ACA is high on the list. Do nothing about rising insurance costs but throw millions of people off insurance. Good work Orange Man.

Some highlights:

fund the construction of a wall at the Southern border (with a provision that Mexico would reimburse the U.S.
Never going to happen and the fringe is going to be pissed

encourage infrastructure investment
This would be positive. Notice that Mitch McConnell shoots down the idea. Honeymoon's over already

the 100-day plan Trump's campaign released in October, called "Donald Trump's Contract With The American Voter."
it's Newt's "Contract on America" all over again

This is going to be chaos. We can only hope that it gridlocks and we take back the Senate at the mid-term.

Personally, I'm sick of having to elect Democrats to come in and clean up the huge messes the Republiclowns always leave. Twice now we've had to do this and if Americans are so utterly STUPID as to keep voting for these people, perhaps it's just time to stop cleaning up their messes and let it get to the point of a citizen uprising to once and for all wipe out these vile filthy beasts. Sadly, either way we're in for a long nightmare where many will die without insurance and women's rights are as good as gone. This is NOT the country I served and bled for and I'm utterly ashamed to be an American, right now.

Get over it. Move on. Give trump a chance. Let the country heal.

These are all statements I've been reading and hearing.

I'll let this guy speak for me:

“If this is going to be a time of healing, we must first put the responsibility for healing where it belongs: at the feet of Donald Trump, a sexual predator who lost the popular vote and fueled his campaign with bigotry and hate. Winning the electoral college does not absolve Trump of the grave sins he committed against millions of Americans. Donald Trump may not possess the capacity to assuage those fears, but he owes it to this nation to try.

“If Trump wants to roll back the tide of hate he unleashed, he has a tremendous amount of work to do and he must begin immediately.”
--Harry Reid

Harry's words predict the future. A continued divided nation with enough rancor and distrust to destroy any nation, democratic republic or not.

Hope it all works out for ya all.

Moving on...

RN, moving on where?

You can't deny the capacity of Trump to do serious damage to the nation.

We were predicting the destruction of the Republican party but let's face it, the Democrats imploded.

Keith Ellison as DNC chairman would be a good start at rebuilding. What we as progressives need to move on to is an alternative to neoliberalism.
