Mueller Objected to Barr’s Description of Russia Investigation’s Findings

Mr. Mueller did lay out evidence against the president. After explaining that he had declined to make a prosecutorial judgment, citing as a factor a Justice Department view that sitting presidents cannot be indicted, the special counsel detailed more than a dozen attempts by the president to impede the inquiry. He also left open the door for charges after Mr. Trump leaves office.

“If we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the president clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state,” Mr. Mueller and his investigators wrote. “Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, however, we are unable to reach that judgment.”

I think it was quite clear in Mueller's report, that he was telling Congress to act against the president.

Trump obstructed justice. Period. Impeach the sob.

Lindsey Graham...

I used to respect him. I was not a big fan of the impeachment proceedings for Clinton, because I felt he should have resigned. He disgraced the office, pure and simple. So I understood why Graham did what he did, based on his public statements on morality and behavior of presidents.

Now, much like another Graham, he doesn't seem to care about those values.

It wasn't so long ago that both Grahams said essentially we were in a moral crises and that private failures of which both Clinton and Trump are guilty, should disqualify you from office. But that was back when Graham also believed Trump was scummy.

Such relativism from both of them and the GOP in general... at least until a Dem does it.
