We're in the era of GOP/Trump dominance. Neither Trump, Moscow Mitch, or the GOP rank and file give hoot about the emollients clause. Unless it is being enforced (as it should be) against a rogue democrat.

How is any of this not covered under the emollients clause of the Constitution? I'm pretty sure even Scalia would have found a violation here.
