Dave, LOL!I have close friends in France who come to visit me every year (missed the COVID year!). I sent this to them, and they loved it!The music is from the final Act of Offenbach's Orpheus in the Underworld, the 'Galop infernal' is the most famous example of Can-can music.I can't hear that piece of classical music without seeing Can-can kickers; and when I hear the William Tell Overture, I think of The Lone Ranger!
Music is that way. A friend of mine raised here in Las Vegas... her Mom was an original Follies girl here years ago. her mom was French.Such a famous piece of music... and dance!
PS... i thought you'd get the reference...
This video lead to a lot of other similar videos. I've been having a good time the last little while.
