An army of willfully ignorant and willfully stupid people would indeed be a fearless force. Kinda like a raging rogue elephant on a senseless mission of total destruction.

And that folks is how some view tRumpublicanism.

It certainly is how I see it, RN. Such a shame a fine party would go so against our country as they have clearly done.

The thirst for power blinds one from intelligence. The need to be right eliminates rationality.

Hanged in April 1945, just months before the obvious end of the war. Just goes to show how ignorant people can be. The SS was trying to kill as many as they could before they lost the war.

As a Jesus guy, I love Bonhoeffer. Not the caricature and incomplete man we see in Metaxas' biography, but the real deal we see cutting his teeth serving poor people in Harlem, under the guidance of Adam Clayton Powell, Sr.

Sadly, most of his writings, quotes and beliefs have been sanitized by the religious right, intent on changing Bonhoeffer's words into meanings he would never recognize.

Otherwise they'd be forced to square Bonhoeffer's life and actual words, with their retrograde theology.
