Judge Dearie just destroyed Trump’s previous defense that the documents were “declassified” saying the matter is over, and he will consider them CLASSIFIED.
And...

When Trump's lawyer asked to be cleared to see the documents, the Judge, who Trump wanted, said many government lawyers were not cleared to see the documents so why him. When the lawyer responded he said "Don't you think the president's lawyer has a right to see the documents?" To which Dearie replied, Mr Trump is not the president.
So much for "Executive Privilege" too.

The fatal flaw in Trump’s strategy with the Special Master turned out to be the same as for his approach to politics and life in general: he doesn’t understand that some people value truth and justice more than they do loyalty.
Unless based on demonstrated truth and the support of justice based in truth loyalty is worthless. Just like Trump.
