I read this the other day. It's a chilling read.
Buried deep inside the article is this quote, from the former president...
Speaking about his indictments at a New Hampshire rally he said this... "“This is third-world-country stuff, ‘arrest your opponent,’” "And that means I can do that, too.”
Stop for a moment and take that quote in.
Trump calls the actions of US DOJ, "third world country stuff". In his opinion, what the DOJ is doing in, depending on your point of view, bringing 91 evidence based indictments, or has gone off on a fact free fishing expedition, is "third world stuff."
Trump sees those indictments as wrong. As something you'd only see from a tin pot dictator in essentially, a third world banana republic.
So what's the fix? What does the former president suggest to fix the problem?
Absolutely nothing. Rather, his fix is not focused on righting a wrong at all. He says the simple fact that in his eyes Joe Biden is breaking the law and using the system to attack him gives him the right to also do so.
This is the classic he did it, so can I. Even though Trump admits such behavior is "third world country stuff."
And yet today, we see Trump leading in the polls in a slew of swing states across the US.
The next 2 years are going to be critical for the US.

Breaking the law, whether there's a victim or not, is a crime. But Trumpers who worship a conman don't understand that.

In the article Paul Dans, the director of Project 2025, said this:
