Something I didn't realize was that over 60% of the firearm related deaths are suicides and only a third are homicides. So, someone is almost twice as likely to die by thier own hand as someone else's.
That is indeed so Kevin and other than early identification of the mental illness responsible for suicidal tendency in an individual and early intervention the likely of suicide by other means is great.
