THANKS OBAMA! Oh, Wait...

END OF YEAR WINGNUT PREDICTIONS UPDATE BELOW

We mean "Thanks GEORGE W. CHENEY!"

"While the Republican presidential candidates use every bit of ideological gymnastics to somehow pin the rise of Daesh (ISIS/ISIL) on President Obama, the former commander of U.S. Special Forces in Afghanistan and Iraq, Lt. General Michael Flynn dropped an incredible bombshell in an interview with German newspaper Der Spiegel: that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS, was in a United States military prison in 2004 – and released because he was deemed 'harmless.'

Nothing more perfectly illustrates what a colossal failure the George W. Bush Administration was. While Bush was busy torturing Osama bin Laden’s bodyguards in a desperate and barbaric attempt to rectify his intelligence failures, the mastermind who would found the Islamic State was in their clutches the entire time. Flynn went on to describe how the Bush Administration’s knee-jerk reaction to 9/11 and their catastrophic invasion of Iraq went on to create the colossal quagmire that is the Islamic State."

The T-GOP candidates for the presidency call Mr. Obama feckless, but they're talking about the wrong president. The Feckless One, George W. Cheney, released Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, as bad as or even worse than Osama bin Laden.

ISIS leader al-Baghdadi was released by Bush in 2004, not by Obama in 2009

"... social media was overrun by a story originally reported by the Telegraph in Britain in 2014. The paper reported that Baghdadi was held in U.S. custody until he was released in 2009 under the leadership of Barack Obama.

Right wing news outlets like Fox News and Red State continued to promote the story, as it has once again gone viral on the internet.

The article in the Telegraph was quickly debunked, however, by Politifact, who revealed that the story was not about Baghdadi, but rather a different terrorist known as Abu Duaa.

The Pentagon also confirmed this, saying that Baghdadi was held in U.S. custody from Feb. 2004 until Dec. 2004, during the presidency of George W. Bush.

Despite the rhetoric coming from conservative media, the Pentagon has no other record of Baghdadi being held by the U.S. since that time."

The people who so eagerly swallow the misinformation spread by fright wing news outlets and blogs are the same people who support the Trumper, the demagogue who tells his easily fooled supporters everything they want to hear. Fact check? That's for weenies! Trumpsters like to hear lies and misinformation

ANOTHER YEAR OF FAILED RIGHT WING PARANOID PREDICTIONS

The Telegraph used to be a highly-respected conservative newspaper, but over the last few years it's drifted in an increasingly Teabagger-like direction, with crank columnists pushing things like global-warming denialism and extreme alarmism over immigration. Its factual accuracy has suffered accordingly. It's too bad that its former reputation now serves to give credibility to sloppy nonsense which can then get picked up by total trash media like Fox and widely believed because of the source.

Oh, and thanks for the shout-out!

Opps; once again. This has become the normal for the conservative Tea-Publican GOP where up is down and down is up.

Trump, the best gift the GOP could possibly hand the democrats. He is the gift that keeps on giving.

Re: the wingnut who posted Breitbart as a "source" for the lie that Hillary Clinton started the birther rumor.

Here's Breitbart spreading the lie that al-Baghdadi was released by the Obama administration in 2009. A LIE.

But the wingnuts who read Breitbart never think to check facts. As Shaw says, these are Trumps best supporters, people who believe anything that fits in their bubble. IOW they're dunces who support Trump.

Yes, Thanks Obama!

We ARE BETTER OFF now than when Bush II left office in 2009:

UNEMPLOYMENT RATES UNDER PRESIDENT BUSH (43)
The economic instability after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks helped fuel a rise in the unemployment rate. It declined in June 2003 through the summer and fall of 2007 before rising sharply in 2008, peaking at 7.8 percent at the time Bush left office.

UNEMPLOYMENT RATES UNDER PRESIDENT OBAMA
When Obama assumed office, the unemployment rate was still rising sharply. It topped out at 10 percent in October 2009, hovering just below that level for the next year, before beginning a steady decline at the end of 2010 that is 5.0% at the end of 2015.

From unemployment rate at 7.8% when Bush left office to 5.0% at the end of 2015. WE ARE BETTER OFF.

America always does better economically under a Democratic administration. ALWAYS.

FRom CNN Money: If you are one of the nearly 50% of Americans with money in the stock market, does it make a difference which party is in the White House?
History says yes.

Democrats have been better for the stock market

Since 1945, the average annual gain under a Democratic president is 9.7%. Under a Republican president, it's only been 6.7%, according to Sam Stovall, chief equity strategist at S&P Capital IQ.

US News and World Report:

GOP front-runner, real estate mogul and reality television star Donald Trump has vowed to be "the greatest jobs president that God ever created." To do so, he'd need to unseat former Democratic President Bill Clinton, who averaged nearly 242,000 monthly job gains during his eight years in the White House.

Trump's Republican rival Jeb Bush has promised 4 percent annual gross domestic product growth if he's elected to office. But four of the five presidents who have overseen the largest average economic expansions since World War II have been Democrats – John F. Kennedy, Lyndon B. Johnson, Clinton and Jimmy Carter.

Some of the success is luck, some is policy, but the facts are that the economy does better under Democrats.

More good news as median household income recovers from Bush II's disastrous crash:

At long last, median household income has finally recovered from the Bush Recession. You know, the one Republicans denied existed but actually started in 2007.

Wingnuttia is having a meltdown as year-end facts hit them over their thick skulls, reverberate, and leave through their bleeding eyeballs...Obama has had a phenom year and showed how the Gooper Congress is not only useless but irrelevant when it comes to running the country...and Obama has been phenomenally successful despite a Gooper Congress AND SCOTUS!

It's great to see our first bi-racial president do so well and drive the nutters insane!

Muchas Gracias OBAMA!!!!!!
