General John Kelly: "He said that, in his opinion, Mr. Trump met the definition of a fascist, would govern like a dictator if allowed, and had no understanding of the Constitution or the concept of rule of law."

As we approach the fall season and the last four months of the year, always remember...

FIRST:

DONALD J. TRUMP IS A LIAR.

SECOND:

DONALD J. TRUMP, his administration, and members of his family are under criminal investigation by the FBI. (And Hillary Clinton is NOT! )

AND FINALLY:

Donald J. Trump is NOT admired by a majority of the American people. In fact his numbers are worse than any other president's numbers in modern American history, and he's only 7 months into this miserable presidency.

Now we hear that #45 will rescind DACA, and hurt countless young people who have never known any other home but America, who were taken to this country as babies and young children and know only America and being an American.

#45 now stands ready to kick those children, DREAMERS, out of the only country they've known. Under the rules of allowing those children to become citizens, they must not have any criminal record, they must have completed school or served in the military (with honor), and they must be good citizens. That's who the wretched, dishonorable creature in the Oval Office will kick out of the country and send to a country they have never lived in.

Make no mistake. That is a monstrous thing to do to children who would be excellent American citizens and who would contribute to American society.

Between pardoning a criminal sheriff in Arizona who bragged about keeping Latinos in a "concentration camp," and now kicking young people out of the only country they know, DJT and the GOP have told our Latino and Hispanic brothers and sisters that they are not respected nor wanted.

They should never vote for a Gooper for the rest of their lives, and certainly never vote for Trump -- that is if he's even in office in 3 1/3 years from now.

Here's the story of a young man who worked selflessly and tirelessly saving people's lives during the Harvey disaster, and now, because of #45, may face being deported:

Houston-area paramedic Jesus Contreras worked six days straight after Hurricane Harvey hammered through southeast Texas, rescuing people from flood waters and taking some of them to local hospitals.

“It was emotional because you’re seeing people go through some of the hardest moments of your life,” Contreras told BuzzFeed News. “It shook up our entire community.”

In between rescuing people and helping people who needed dialysis, insulin, or reach life-saving medical machines, Contreras didn’t have a lot of time to think about himself. That changed when he came home on Thursday to shower and saw the news that President Trump may end Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

The Obama-era program protects undocumented immigrants who, like Contreras, were brought to the US as children from deportation, while also granting them permits to legally work.

“Hearing that my future in the United States is being threatened and possibly taken away was disheartening, it was disappointing,” the 23-year-old said. “It was like getting an extra kick to the face when you’re already down.”

But that's what Trump and his supporters do best:

They kick people in the face yelling MAGA!

Immigration law teachers and scholars wrote to Trump giving their informed opinion that DACA is NOT illegal according to the U.S. Constitution, administrative law, immigration statutes, federal regulations and case law.

Notice that the coward let Sessions make the announcement and throw it all back on Congress.

My hope is this is an indication that the coward Lord Dampnut realizes the public supports DACA and he wants to avoid responsibility. Congress will have trouble passing it and just like the failed ACA repeal the base won't blame Trump.

He is truly vile.
