General John Kelly: "He said that, in his opinion, Mr. Trump met the definition of a fascist, would govern like a dictator if allowed, and had no understanding of the Constitution or the concept of rule of law."

It is Judaism and Christian judgementalism (the churches) that are two of the world's largest and most damaging ideologies/faiths. Simply put the "faiths" being concerned primarily with POWER over peoples beliefs and actions through punishment and the threat of hell. And the funny thing is people actually buy it.
I think faith is fine if people need that sort of thing. Religion, OTOH is a cancer that has harmed far more people than it's ever helped, imo. Believe whatever you want to, just don't try making laws with it or stomping on the rights of others.

Actually, Judaism is NOT one of the largest or damaging faiths. Judaism is a minority religion.
The three largest religions are Christianity, Islam, and Hinduism.
Judaism is actually the most liberal of those faiths named above. For example, there is no prohibition on abortion (except in the fundamentalist sects, where women are treated like women of all fundamentalist religious sects, i.e., second-class citizens of those faiths, and subject to men's rules and regs.) Judaism accepts homosexuals -- even homosexual female rabbis. You don't see that in fundamental Christianity, NEVER in Islam, and I don't really know about Hinduism.
Also, Jews do not proselytize, like many Christian sects do.
My thoughts as well. Let people who wish to believe hold onto their faiths, but they don't. Many faiths want those who are not in their club to convert and follow their rules.
Trying to make the state enforce pregnancies is one example. It's as wrong as state-enforced abortions.
The newest conservative judge appointed to the Supreme Court, Amy Coney Barrett, is on record saying homosexuality and abortion are "unnatural."
That's a RELIGIOUS idea that many religionist want to impose on other non-religious people and people of other religions.
Homosexuality, for example, is a natural, but minority sexual preference. Brown eyes are the majority color of eyes, blue eyes are the minority color of eyes, but that doesn't mean blue eyes are unnatural, just a minority eye color.
Religious ideas have made homosexuality "unnatural" because some Iron Age men knew nothing about human sexuality.
Yeah Shaw. Have you ACTUALLY read the Old (Jewish) Testement? If so then you understand the reference from which I make my comment. BTW, I am fully aware of the three largest religions having, after study & contemplation chosen the one that askews the belief in a supreme being creator. I'm sure you know which one that is.
I couldn't agree more, MS Shaw. My mom had a line she used as often as the situation arose. "If you see someone coming at you with a Bible in one hand, usually there is a knife in the other hand. I found, in my long life, that the people I've had difficulties with were invariably born again types trying to spread their version of religion to others. I don't sit back idly while that happens. None of us should.
The danger of believing in cults like religion is they are always twisted to get followers to believe whatever, and followers usually swallow it hook, line, and sinker. Weak minds can be led anywhere.

PS: Hint, It ain't Hinduism that I settled on.
