Breaking: Trump Sued for Fraud by New York Attorney General
In the culmination of a yearslong investigation and a series of legal skirmishes, Letitia James accused the former president of systematically misstating the value of his properties.
The lawsuit accuses the former president of profiting from a ‘staggering’ fraud.

New York is going to get them all.
A 250 million dollar Civil Suit, naming all of the Trumps, their longtime lawyer, the officers of their company and the Trump businesses.
Seeking to recover damages, bar all of them from ever having a non profit again, serving as board members of ANY company in New York ever again. Because they have shown repeatedly that they are not to be trusted, skirt and break the law, and have defrauded people of millions of dollars.
Additionally, the NY AG made specific referrals to both the DOJ and the IRS for criminal, not Civil prosecution.
It's nice to see white collar folks get the book thrown at them for a change, forcing them to defend themselves like regular folks.
Bet they've just scrached the surface of Trump's criminality.

Speaking about the documents he refused to say were declassified in court, under penalty of perjury...

When he was pressed further, he insisted he had declassified the documents in question when he left the White House, again without pointing to proof of such.
“In other words, when I left the White House, they [the documents] were declassified,”

And of course, Trump whines he is the victim of that Black woman's "racism". The projection never ends, as he further dupes his cult of white racists to believe THEY are "real victims" of racism.

David Cay Johnston who's written several books on Trump said that NY AG Letitia James, in her civil fraud lawsuit, has "Trump nailed to the wall."
