General John Kelly: "He said that, in his opinion, Mr. Trump met the definition of a fascist, would govern like a dictator if allowed, and had no understanding of the Constitution or the concept of rule of law."

Fox News just reported:

“We are learning that Trump resorted to crime in a bid to cling to power after the 2020 election.”

The new Jack Smith docs released by Judge Chutkan provide that leading up to the violence of J6, Trump campaign literally said "Make them riot" & “Do it!"

Campaign staff were trying to create a riot in order to prevent Biden from becoming President as Trump resorted to crimes.

(Will the Captain of the Mother Ship and her sailors, who faithfully watch Fox News, call this "fake news?")

Fake News? Read their comments. Many of the sailors have already jumped ship to the Chinese backed Epoch Times, OAN, News Max and RT, the Russian backed news org.

The old saying used to be "All the news that's fit to print."

Now it's "All the news that's fit to print that WE agree with."

At least with that crowd.

People believe what they want to believe. Irrespective whether it true or not. When belief rests entirely in willful ignorance, such as with MAGA and the cult, that beliefs becomes unchangeable.

Beliefs, the sure path to an unknowing reality.

"We are learning..." what informed Americans have known for YEARS.

So funny, yet so treacherous and tragic for our country it took them this long for them to admit the truth.

IS FOX(R) finding the moral courage to stop lying? When pigs fly. I think this will be a forgotten blip.

Cavuto doesn't have long at Fox. He'll go the way of Shep Smith, Chris Wallace and others who committed the ultimate sin at Fox by engaging in actual journalism.

Of course he did. Did anyone ever doubt it?

So now you will finally admit there was voter fraud which is something I said years ago.
You don't think the MSM has lied about there not being any voter fraud. Of course these are the same people who said biden was competent and now kamala was never referred to as the border czar. They and the democrats are the same group who declared the 2016 election a massive win for the anointed one and started impeachment of trump while he was on the escalator declaring his run for POTUS.

Shaw Kenawe said...

No one ever said there was no fraud. But what is true is the FACT that fraud was so miniscule that it would NOT HAVE AFFECTED IN ANY WAY the outcome of the 2020 election, and that most of the fraud that was perpetrated was from REPUBLICANS! FACT.

VP Harris was "referred" to as the Border Czar by the MSM, but that was NEVER her title, EVER. And it was NEVER her responsibility. No matter how many times you try to make it so.

No one ever said the 2016 election was a "massive win" for Hillary. It was, however, A MASSIVE POPULAR VOTE WING -- BY 3 MILLION MORE VOTES FOR HER THAN FOR TRUMP! The American people wanted Hillary Clinton for POTUS, not Trump. The outdated E.C. put that criminal in office.

Trump deserved both impeachments, the Republican senators were spineless cowards. Trump is a convicted felon, adjudicated rapist, tax cheat, and is facing dozens more criminal indictments. How anyone can call him or herself a sane American and vote for that pile of disgusting garbage is a mystery for the ages.

Just this week, he accepted a Purple Heart from some idiot who gave it to him -- the guy who called military men and women who gave their lives for America "losers and suckers."

That's who you seem to defend every time you come here and post, skud. And I just don't understand your sympathy for that crook, cheat, and liar.

Les Carpenter said...

There has always been a very small degree of voter inconsistency, aka voter fraud. However skud there has never, repeat never, been a significant amount to have effect the ultimate outcome.

But by all means skud, believe to your heart's content.

skudrunner said...

Prior to the results of the 2016 election the polls showed the anointed one having the biggest win since Reagan. That turned out to not be true and the MSM personalities had a melt down.

The democrats have had the seat of power for 12 of the last 16 years and what have they done for the middle class, just about as much as the republicans which is not much. You believe politicians represent the people when in fact they represent the elite billionaire class which is dominated by democrats.

The EC just like the SCOUTS is outdated as long as their decisions don't help the democrats and when that happens it needs to be changed. The EC gives every state an opportunity to participate in the election where if it was just popular vote the big cities in most states would decide and small towns would not be counted. That's good if you live in Boston but not if you lived in Southwick. The dems claim trump wants a dictatorship yet it is the dems that campaign for more power, eliminate the filibuster, get rid of EC, change SCOTUS. Seems to be a contradictory approach.

Skud... as I've shown else where on this blog, there is no "MSM", the progressive loving public media behemoth conservatives have conjured up as a totem to discredit factual news with which they disagree.

The great majority of media outlets Americans use to consume news is dominated by the political right.

The Oklahoma Education supervisor wants to place Trump bibles in every classroom (real or fake leather, KJV and some founders topics). They can't afford inhalers for student emergencies. I'm waiting for OK ed to insist
each teacher wear a TrumWatch. Ok ranks 49th in education. Forward and Downward.

The fact that you ask this question and it is answered by Dave M., Dave D., Les, and Grey One talks sass and me shows that you are not interested at all in facts. It appears that all you're interest is in hit and run comments.

President Biden has done plenty for the middle class. I'm not here to keep showing you, as Dave M., Dave D., Les, Grey One talks sass, and others have. You're not interested in facts.

As for your understanding of the EC, you seem to be okay with the tyranny of the minority, and that's what the EC promotes.

A majority of Americans are for a woman's right to choose, equality of marriage, concern around climate change, and yet Republican presidents and the SCOTUS ignore the will of the people on all of that.

That's tyranny of the minority.

Shaw Kenawe said...

Is it just me, or does there seem to be a correlation around poor education outcomes in states and an inordinate emphasis on promoting one religion in public schools?

Grey One talks sass said...

skud claimed "So now you will finally admit there was voter fraud which is something I said years ago." only, that's not the conclusion Cavuto is talking about - he said Trump committed 'Crimes', not voter fraud. Lots and lots of crimes - there will be fallout for years on this.

By the way, Tina Peters (R) committed voter fraud - skud is silent about what she did. Wonder why (no, I don't really).

From my experience with humans the more devout and extreme they are in following their religion the less likely they are to accept any scientific facts. If it's not in their holy book then it doesn't exist, at least for them.

Hmmm - that could explain skud's rejection of facts the folks here offer as receipts to combat whatever 'sincerely held belief' spewed by the crazy for that day.

The OK Bible issue has exploded across all the platforms I follow. Pretty sure the school district will experience some unintended consequences for this stunt.

Of course it is not just you Shaw. And it does seem the states with the lowest scholastic achievement seem to rank highest in reified Christian religous beliefs among the population. Although I have not checked any data on this.

The moment a person accepts a belief as evidence of fact their delusion has grabbed them and they run with it. It never leads to good ends.

Thoughts are the mother of emotions and the second a person reacts to an emotion the horse has left the stables.

There are millions of MAGA whose horse long ago left the stables.

Dave Miller said...

Grey... while that may be true for many, there are plenty of others like myself who are also very devout, but are A-OK with science. In fact, some of my best friends are both believers and leaders in the math and science departments at one of the local universities here in Las Vegas.

But what you've noted has been a constant struggle since the Enlightenment for many.

skudrunner said...

Dave if you believe the MSM including ABC,CBS,,NBC,CNN,MSNBC,NYT,WP are not liberal then can you point out that conservative behemoth you are referring. Do you mean Fox?

Grey One talks sass said...

Dave Miller, my mom is a Christian who also accepts scientific facts. As she explained to me when I wasn't so grey who do you think created science and scientists? To be fair she didn't expect me to take the idea as far as I did but hey, good teacher! :)

There is a book "Exploring the Gap Between Science and Religion" that talks about allowing ones deity to show themselves with scientific discovery. The extremists we both refer to in this conversation state that deity created all things therefore no new things discovered by human can be of deity. Or words to that effect. In my opinion the extremists are limiting a deity who said many times in the holy book that they are without limit.

I'm not antireligion, I'm against anyone insisting I have to behave according to their religion. Not going to do it. I'll follow the laws and Constitution of the country in which I reside because in theory it is supposed to apply to everyone equally. I've been told it's a mighty fine line but then again so is the Establishment Clause in the First Amendment. A fine line but a line nonetheless.

Skud believes any media that reports FACTS that he and Trump dislike and deny is "liberal" and "fake news".

They are CORPORATE entities that seek to maximize PROFIT. Their bosses won't let them do what any liberal outlet would do. That would be publishing every day until the election the EVIDENCE of Trump's CRIMES. Instead they feed us the usual horserace crap that normalizes and "sanewashes" Trump every day.

Mother Jones is liberal, while the New York Times is serving their corporate advertisers. Skud can't see this reality.

Skud will never understand Colbert's remark, "Reality has a well known liberal bias".

He and his MAGA cult deny reality all the time.

Dave Miller said...

Grey said... "In my opinion the extremists are limiting a deity who said many times in the holy book that they are without limit."

This is essentially the other side of what the great theologian of last century, Paul Tillich said. To him, absolute certainty from finite beings, about an infinite being, was not possible. The best, he posited, was that we could believe, profoundly, but absolutely was not possible, otherwise, it would be knowledge, not faith.

So we believe, work hard, do the best we can with our faith and move forward in the hope of what we claim to believe.

Dave Miller said...

A fine line... That's a good place. The Jews never believed in imposing their religion on others as they were rather exclusive. Interesting that Christianity came out of those roots.

I have to walk your line all the time, both in the US and in Mexico. Even when I don't like the laws of a civil society or government.

It just is, as we say, what it is...

Universal consciousness. The divine experiencing creation through our sense organs.

Our finite bodies are blood, bones, organs, muscles and ecetera. Impermanent to their core.

Mind is consciousness. Its essence is empty, its nature cognizance suffused with knowing. Emptiness if form, form is emtiness. Emptiness is none other than form, form is none other than emptiness. The divine in all of us.

The point which the good book, with the exception of the Gnostic Gospel of Thomas somehow failed to mention. Probably due to the RCC desire for control of the lives of their subjects.
