DEMOCRATIC WOMEN IN CONGRESS SPEAK OUT AGAINST GOP ANTI-WOMEN LEGISLATION

Good for them.

The GOP held the budget process hostage to an add-on that would have deprived poor and middle class women from medical screening for breast cancer, cervical cancer, and other medical issues.

Planned Parenthood DOES NOT RECEIVE US GOVERNMENT DOLLERS for abortions.

The GOP lies.  And American women would have been the victims of their unconscionable deceptions.

How can any woman associate herself with these men in suits who wish to attack poor women and their health?

The reason is because they listen to men like Senator Kyl who rails against the abortions Planned Parenthood provides, and then when called on the facts of his statement, says it was not meant to be factual...

People hear what they want, regardless of the facts...

Hear, hear. We need more straight talk like this -- more leaders who are willing to get confrontational and tell it like it is.

One of the many hundreds of reasons I vote democratic is because of our strong independent women - especially those in Congress.

Compare them to the Republican dames in this video:

Sexism reigns supreme within the GOP. They like to appear to promote their female members of Congress when in reality these women are mere tokens just like Steele was. The GOP likes their women stupid and they can say all the idiotic things they want - as long as they never disagree with the men.

Honestly, with the current debate over Planned Parenthood I had no idea of all the services they provided, not just for women but also for LGBT also.

I think what is the real shame is that every community in the United States does not have a Planned Parenthood center.

The next shame is that no one shares the complete story of all of the services provided by Planned Parenthood.

Democrats can point to the "Hyde Amendment" all day long, but Republicans know the truth... 90 PERCENT of Planed Parenthood's budget goes to killing babies! Are all Republicans this stupid, or is it just the teabag faction?
