Yes, Tea Partiers. That's EXACTLY What You Are: TERRORISTS! Now Live with how America Perceives You.

"Be careful what you pretend to be because you are what you pretend to be."
Kurt Vonnegut

The Tea Partiers are shocked, shocked, SHOCKED! that they've been characterized as the slash and burn terrorists that they most certainly are.  When you act like thugs, people will call you thugs, and the American people see the Tea Party as nothing more than know-nothing thugs who terrorized the country with the threat of financial disaster unless they got their way.  This is the behavior of jihadists, not politicians.

And when the Randian Tea Partiers are faced with the fact that Americans and the world see them as destructive, incompetent fools--Hello Michele Bachmann!--they cry FOUL!  It's not FAIR!

Well it is a fair and accurate description of how they've behaved and what their ideology is.

Live with it, Tea Baggers.  You so richly deserve all the disgust and loathing America is feeling right now for what you put it through.

Meanwhile, the many times DEFEATED narcissist, Sarah Palin, has gone all postal because of the "terrorist" label that the Tea Party is stuck with and called that label "vile."

Really.

This monumental LOSER is a monumental hypocrite:

Palin has lobbed the “terrorist” claim against her own political opponents in the past: In 2008, she accused President Obama — then the democratic nominee for president — of “palling around” with terrorists.

Get lost, Palin.  No one cares about you anymore.

Meanwhile this reality check from Andrew Sullivan's The Daily Dish:

"The deal that was reached over the weekend seems to be Obama giving the GOP the immediate field but redeploying to higher ground. The dynamics of the super-committee certainly favor the Democrats, and it could really damage the conservatives over the next year and a half. Who would have thought that raising the debt ceiling twice would be more politically dangerous for the GOP than Obama? Each time it gets raised, the most radical of the Tea Party express get more and more dissatisfied with their current batch of conservatives. This all adds up to more and more primary challenges next year, while Obama looks more and more like the sane choice to the general public."

Meep Meep.

Oh Yea Baby!! I'm feeling good, I'm feeling positive, and nobody is gonna get me down or change my mind! I'm so glad we support our wise and super great president, no matter what one thinks about this bill the whole process made the teabagger/GOP look like terrorist hatemongers. They hate our government, they are unpatriotic, they are disrespectful, they are doing a great job of killing themselves off...finally the country is awake and paying attention!

The Tea Party is the pulse of the people. Live it,love it!

Remember 2010?

They didn't start the fire they just sounded the alarm.

You're just upset that it interfered with the president's socialist agenda.

No one cares about BHO's empty speeches anymore and we know he wasn't palling around with that terrorist Bil Ayers. He as just a guy from the neighborhood.

The tea party is not supported by the American people. Only 30% of the voting public voted int he 2010 elections--a minority.

Anonymous, like most TPs live in a fantasy world and have no idea of what reality is.

The TP governors that were elected in 2010 are the most detested governors in America.

Tell us, anon, how well Rick Scott is doing. Scott Walker? Kaish of Ohio?

Anon's comments are nothing more than TP delusion.

Obama a socialist? That's the most hilarious of what anon wrote.

Nice try, Lisa.

Wow. That hurt to read. Bad formatting and bad logic.

You didn't support your thesis point with one data point.

You associate Bachman and Palin as the heart of the "Tea Party" when its probably more accurately described as a libertarian/fiscal conservative coalition.

The characterization of people who have sane understanding of paying bills and balancing budgets as nutty Theocrats is in vain.

We grew without government assistance. Cutting it won't hurt anything in the long run. At all.

People are what make the world go round, not elected people with guns pointed at everyone.

Government is not the glory of humanity. It is human action. People will bring great things even if you cut the government to 0%. Which is why we should.

The secret is there if you are looking for it. Most of the 'tea-party' are anarcho-capitalists. But get ready to have the gun taken out of your hand. I like doing business voluntarily.

Keep laughing at the "Obama is a Socialist" comments. Liberals think that laughing and snickering at opposition translates their statements to fact.
Obama would love nothing more than to take his country into the Marx Model and you now that is true. Being we have a 2 party system he was only able to get halfway there.
Who the hell is Lisa by the way?

Except there was no tea party until a mixed-race person was elected president. They were silent while Bush was wasting trillions on tax cuts, and off budget wars. Terrorists? I don't know. But they are surely racists.

Put that in your data point pipe and smoke it. Or you could debunk my assertion, by posting proof the teaparty existed in any form before Obama was elected. If not, the circumstantial evidence is overwhelming.

heubler said...

And please to try trotting out the Concord Coalition, as proof of a pre-Obama tea party. They are totally different entities, and we both know it.

Wow. Don't quit your day job. If one broadly defines "government assistance" (defense, traffic control, so you can get to work on time, etc.) it's impossible to make your case. Government assists in nearly every economic endeavor, in some way or another, and it is illogical to assume a static budget can adequately serve an ever increasing population.

And I'll leave you with that. I'll check back and see if you have addressed any of my points with anything but snark.

Anonymous give us an explanation on how under a "Marxist Socialist" president American corporations are thriving and making plenty of money, and apparently keeping it.

Which airline is nationalized?

Which oil company is nationalized?

Coal company?

Which dot.com company did the US government take over?

Tell us about the major corporations that have been permanently seized by the US Government.

Explain and give us evidence of the means of production, distribution, and exchange that have been taken over by the Obama Administration.

Otherwise your claims are nothing more than blowing hot air out of your, um, ear.

BTW, you've been happily living under some form of socialism in the good old USofA since you were born, you just don't understand that fact.

And Palin and Bachmann ARE representative of the Tea Party: Dumb and Dumber.

heubler is correct. You deficit hawks were silent about spending this country into disaster until Mr. Obama was elected.

Your anger and protests are meaningless to a lot of people because you accepted HUGE deficits under President GW Bush, and didn't utter a peep when his vp said that Reagan proved deficits don't matter.

You and your buddies are a bit late in your outrage over spending.

Hypocrites and racists, IMHO.

PERRSPECTIVES said...

Reagan Proved Deficits Don't Matter:

"Reagan," Vice President Dick Cheney famously declared in 2002, "proved deficits don't matter." Unless, that is, a Democrat is in the White House. After all, while Ronald Reagan tripled the national debt and George W. Bush doubled it again, each Republican was rewarded with a second term in office. But as the Gallup polling data show, concern over the federal deficit hasn't been this high since Democratic budget balancer Bill Clinton was in office. All of which suggest the Republicans' born-again disdain for deficits ranks among the greatest - and most successful - political double-standards in recent memory."

You always know you've made your point when the trolls start showing up to scream 'socialist" and take care to mention President Obama's middle name.

Anonymous said...

Tea Party started brewing with the bailout of Wall Street banks and brokerage houses under Bush in the middle of the 2008 presidential campaign, and really accelerated with Obama's $787 billion stimulus package early in 2009.

The Obama administration took runaway spending under the Bush administration and put it on steroids.

Typical of commenters like "Anonymous" who claim President Obama is a Marxist. When asked to give evidence of the Obama administration nationalizing major American corporations, they remain silent. And that's because their accusations are lies.

Tea Baggers make these absurd claims then disappear when called on to prove them. They have no honor.
