Hah. That guy looks enough like Boehner to make this seriously disturbing:-)

It's not a very realistic satire, though. The House Republicans aren't conducting themselves with anything like as much dignity as the people in the video.

Is the guy in the Uncle Sam costume Louie Gohmert?

While I am not above poking fun at political parties, I felt this crossed the line.

Was it funny? Yes... to a degree, but also offensive.

I've never seen anything on SNL that had this level of mocking towards the Dems.

just saying...

I understand, Dave. Here's something a little more restrained.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A middle-aged man in a red golf shirt shuffles up to a small folding table with gold trim, in a booth adorned with a flotilla of helium balloons, where government workers at the Kentucky State Fair are hawking the virtues of Kynect, the state’s health benefit exchange established by Obamacare.

The man is impressed. "This beats Obamacare I hope," he mutters to one of the workers.

“Do I burst his bubble?” wonders Reina Diaz-Dempsey, overseeing the operation. She doesn't. If he signs up, it's a win-win, whether he knows he's been ensnared by Obamacare or not.

I have. They've it stuck to Obama many times on SNL.

I think on this particular skit, they were skewing Miley Cyrus AND the Tea Party. It looks gross, but if you saw the original Miley Cyrus video, you'd know this was no exaggeration on her gross behavior.

SNL combined the two gross behaviors for this skit.

The cons are wetting their pants because the country and the world see them as the gangstas that they are and this will be remembered at the polls next November. What a bunch of self-destructive idiots. and that video isn't "gross" compared to what the crazies in the TeaPublican party threaten to do to this country and the world financial markets. We're talking aboout 40 asshats holding this country hostage to their insane demands. 40 out of 300 million people get to drive us over a cliff? The Teapublicans deserve every bit of pain they will earn.
