BOSTON -- The Boston Red Sox are going back to the World Series for the third time in 10 seasons. Shane Victorino's seventh-inning grand slam propelled Boston to a 5-2 victory over the Detroit Tigers on Saturday night, clinching the AL Championship Series in six games and setting up a World Series rematch with the St. Louis Cardinals. The Red Sox will host Game 1 on Wednesday night against the team they swept in 2004 to end their 86-year title drought. The Cardinals won the NL pennant on Friday night by eliminating the Los Angeles Dodgers in six games.

Those words bring "hateful" to a new level, don't they?
"They cease to be human." Same words and tactics the Nazis used on the Jews to dehumanize an entire group. The unfortunate person who wrote those words is an unself-aware person who hasn't the understanding that he is projecting his own self-loathing and fear onto others. To call an entire group of millions and millions of Americans "monsters" is indicative of a disturbed personality. Whoever this Andie is, he needs some therapy to work on his own "dysfunction, ignorance, arrogance, resentment, hatred and selfishness." And stop projecting them onto people he doesn't know.

The Tigers need to dump Jim Leyland. He's had the best pitching and talent but can't get them to the promised land.
My 90 year old Aunt Mollie from Massachusetes called. She was happier than you Shaw.
Tiger had the best starters, true.
But they are poor at fundamentals, base running and clutch hitting.
Sox had to have a strong performance from the bullpen to give their superior defense and clutch hitting a chance to win it.
The bullpen was outstanding and the Tigers were exposed.
