UPDATE BELOW
being POTUS.
He's been sulking and pouting and hiding since Joe Biden won the election and America said "YOU"RE FIRED!" to Trump.
Where is the CiC and his words of condolences to the families of the American soldiers who lost their lives?
Trump is too busy tweeting and blubbering about non-existent fraud everywhere he lost.
COVID-19 is raging through the US, and Trump is too busy licking his malignant narcissistic wounds to talk to the American people about the pandemic that's killed almost a quarter of a million Americans.
Trump is MIA as CiC and leader of the American people during one of the worst pandemics in over a century to kill thousands and thousands of his own citizens. He's said NOTHING since the pandemic came back with a vengence, and that seems to be because he's too wrapped up in his own hurt feelings of rejection and doesn't give a flying donut about America or Americans.
That's why the American people rejected him. He's a pouter, a whiner, a crybaby, and a SORE LOSER!
America! We will be well rid of this indecent man!
Lawyer who argued for Bush in 2000 election:
Theodore Olson, the lawyer who argued George W. Bush's case to the Supreme Court in the 2000 election, said he feels that the 2020 election is over and that President-elect Joe Biden has won.
“The Framers, they separated the powers because they knew that individuals would be flawed. They put in lots of checks, and we just experienced one, the election,” Olson said during a panel hosted by the Federalist Society, according to the National Law Journal.
“To the extent that the citizens of this country did not like the manner in which President Trump spoke, or the manner in which he threatened people or the manner in which he executed the laws, they exercised their franchise. And we have —I do believe the election is over—we do have a new president,” Olson said.

2) A law firm representing the President's campaign in a controversial and long-shot attempt to block Pennsylvania's popular vote for Joe Biden is leaving the case.
The firm, Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, had two Pittsburgh-based lawyers leading the effort for the Trump campaign
3) A Michigan judge has rejected Republicans' requests to delay the certification of election results in Detroit, saying he saw no convincing evidence of election fraud at a center for counting absentee ballots.
4) Federal prosecutors assigned to monitor election malfeasance tell Barr they see no evidence of substantial irregularities

NYTimes:
"...the work of government has been reduced to something of a sideshow for the president. He has not made any public appearances except for a visit to Arlington National Cemetery on Veterans Day since an angry statement a week ago.
And he has not spoken about the coronavirus pandemic or mentioned it on Twitter despite the staggering growth in positive cases and the number of West Wing aides and outside advisers who have been diagnosed with the virus in the past week.
Several advisers have bluntly told Mr. Trump that the chances of changing the election’s outcome are almost nonexistent, including in a meeting with him on Saturday at the White House to which the president’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, dispatched aides, even as he has generally backed Mr. Trump’s desire to keep fighting.
While most Republicans have declined to publicly oppose the president, more have become vocal that the time has come, amid the growing pandemic, to allow a transition to take place."
Governing this country was always about him and not American citizens and their well-being. His absence from leadership during this surge in COVID-19 cases and deaths shows clearly he is and has been and will always be unfit for the presidency.
As we used to say: "Good riddance to bad garbage!"
"More than 130 Secret Service officers who help protect the White House and the president when he travels have recently been ordered to isolate or quarantine because they tested positive for the coronavirus or had close contact with infected co-workers, according to three people familiar with agency staffing." Washington Post
Dishonesty is the defining trait of the Republican Party: serial lying and baseless conspiracy theories. Why do they do this? Because it works with their base. It is not about policy. It is about anger and hatred. Never-Trumpers understand this. So do good citizens.
It's incredible. Not even the tiniest shred of decency or dignity or self-awareness. No interest in actually doing the job he is so desperately trying to cling to. Not even the most desperate troll can both-sides this. We've never seen anything even remotely like this in an American president. And with the pandemic he ignored for so long, he's fiddling, or rather golfing, while the country burns.
It is over
@JoeBiden

Shaw... where do we start with these folks? How about these quotes...
"You have people trying to delegitimize the President-elect of the United States right now,"
"You have people out there that are calling for recounts that are unsubstantiated based on no evidence."
Those are from Trump's Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany... in 2016 speaking about the Dems.
"They have to decide whether they're going to interfere with him finishing his business, interfere with the peaceful transition, transfer of power to President-elect and Vice-President-elect, or if they're going to be a bunch of crybabies and sore losers about an election they can't turn around."
That's from former Sr. Presidential Aide Kellyanne Conway... in 2016 speaking about the Dems.
"And whether it was this nonsense about the recount or nonsense about the popular vote, you have to win 270 electoral votes to be elected president and [the] President-elect actually got 306..." "This is all really just an effort to try to delegitimize the win."
From Jason Miller, former Sr Spokesman for President Elect Trump... in 2016 speaking about the Dems.
You see with this crowd, there's always a tweet, quote or soundbite.
Every time they open their mouths, they take another brick out of the wall of democracy we've spent years building. All so we can give a loser "a little time" to come to grips with this, or to "humor him" as one Senator described it.
As for the 130 or so Secret Service agents now under quarantine with Covid, I've seldom been as mad as I am now with a president or his supporters/enablers.
These people, men and women from all over America, have taken an oath not just to serve, but to take a bullet to save President Trump's life. That is their number one goal, to protect the life of the president. And in return, he mocks them and disregards their potential for sacrifice everyday he and his staff do not mask up in their presence. And now 130 of them are infected with a deadly virus, because President Trump thinks he looks weak wearing a mask, or is too stupid to understand that wearing a mask inhibits the spread of this virus.
Either way, it is grounds for impeachment.
I never thought I would see a president of the US knowingly put the lives of the people protecting him in danger day after day.

While it seems that all of this chicanery would rest solely with Trump, after the past four years and an impeachment, I believe that there is a well established GOP enterprise built upon propping up the Trump presidency.
All outward appearances would suggest that Trump is in charge of this operation. But with a degree of circumspection I think there are many more forces at work that are way more intelligent then Trump and are more adept at navigating Washington politics.
Trump's narcissism and his penchant for having all the attention on him makes him the perfect foil for the GOP to work quietly behind the scenes. Trump is simply the figurehead for everything the GOP loathes.
Trump is distracting the nation as the petulant sore loser that he is, while the GOP is working behind the scenes to trying find a way to work the system to their advantage.
Saw a press conference yesterday in which Dotard tried to take responsibility for Pfizer's covid vaccine. Apparently they were wrong to say they were not a part of "operation warp speed". Because the Dotard administration is giving them money. aka the government is going to buy millions of doses of the vaccine. Praise Dotard! No other administration could have done this.
