General John Kelly: "He said that, in his opinion, Mr. Trump met the definition of a fascist, would govern like a dictator if allowed, and had no understanding of the Constitution or the concept of rule of law."

Remembering Kevin McCarthy
A tribute to Kevin who lost his life on September 11, 2001 by someone who did not know him personally but chose to honor his memory.
"So. Here is the face of an important man. It’s a nice face. It’s a handsome face. His face could be the face of anyone’s brother, cousin, nephew, uncle, grandson, husband or father. And, the very fact that he could be anyone, makes him someone important. Not because he died, but because he was a person, with a life, a soul, a destiny, a place in his family.
His name is Kevin McCarthy. He worked for Cantor Fitzgerald. He was probably somewhere between the 100th and 105th floors when the plane hit the North Tower. Things may have happened so quickly for him that he didn’t have time to feel fear. I hope so."
Kevin McCarthy, unabashed confidence.

I lost my cousin in the towers on 9/11. She worked for the same company - an IT professional by day, an amateur comedienne by night who had a gig at the Comedy Club. Her name: Ruth Lapin. Her name appears on the 9/11 Memorial list.
Thirteen years later, I still miss her terribly.
(O)CT(O)PUS, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss.
The McCarthy family are close family friends. This day is terribly hard on them and all of us.
Seems we watch the TV reruns of the horror of that day each succeeding year. It does not get better. For perspective, (and all the little Darrell Issas out there) a little
simple math shows that the 911
attacks would equal 749 Benghazis.
