DONtheCON does not support a minimum wage for workers. The Trumpster does not support labor unions. Yet, he bloats about bringing jobs back to America. Republicans having been fighting against organized labor for 50 years. The irony is the republican voter is upset that their wages are not high enough. Maybe if you would have been supporting labor unions your wages would have been higher. Just a thought...
The San Diego City Council just voted 5-4 to institute a living wage. (Not sure the details just now.) We are a blended city with a democratic majority with very strong republican, conservative presence. The mayor is a republican. If it can happen here, it will happen across the continent.
Unions will never be the unifying force they once were, but they still hold an important position in the power structure. Many occupations will never have successful union representation. But with fair and just laws, we can bring equality and fairness to every sector.

Happy day Shaw... I'm cooking outback tonight and enjoying some great artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca.
Cheers!
