Just for kicks, let's pretend instead of Pres Trump, it was Pres Clinton or Obama. Think anyone in the GOP would be as supportive as they are now?
Or, how about this... can anyone imagine Pres Reagan saying anything that essentially calls the FBI, CIA and NSC a bunch of liars?
Not a chance...
Of course we know the answer to that. The Trumpers called President Obama a Communist for the 8 years of his presidency, and then they put a man who admires a former KGB Communist in the White House and not a peep out of their hypocritical mouths. Also, as I pointed out in the comments below, Trump's father in law was a card carrying member of the Communist Party and now lives in the White House. Not a peep from the hypocrites on this, but they screamed unceasingly that Mr. Obama's father and mother were Communists without a shred of evidence.
And Putin was insulted to have his reputation so besmirched by our intelligence folks. Heavens!

Let's not forget when Michelle's mom lived at the WH, extremists complained that she was living on the dole of the federal government instead of her own house, even as she was caring for the Obama kids. But, as you mentioned, we've heard nothing from them about the same thing now that Trump is in the White House.
