Saturday Night Music

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Born:
Salzburg, January 27, 1756.

 Died: Vienna, December 5, 1791.

I saw Hilary Hahn perform Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 3 in Boston Symphony Hall.  In this video, Hahn performs this heavenly piece of music for Pope Benedict VXI.

One of my favorites.

Saw her on the way up a couple times at the Gardner when the concerts were held in the tapestry room.

Quite a talent.

Ah, the Tapestry Room. Enjoyed many a concert there.

Have you been to Calderwood Hall (otherwise known as "The Box?") I've been to several concerts there. A wonderful venue.
