Is this the POTUS or some low-class reality show host who's trying to get his viewers to tune into his next sleazy presentation on the electric teevee machine?

The Stable Genius has no sense of humor and doesn't know when he's pwned. Colbert and others have been "campaigning" to win his stupid awards, yet he still insists on talking seriously about them.
South Korea, by the way, has basically told Trump to take his belligerent rhetoric and shove it, and has opened talks with the North. Another example of how Trump has bungled the US role as "leader of the free world". Other countries have found that the way to get things done is to ignore him.
Every Republican who has defended or normalized Trump is going to have their cowardice hung around their necks in every election for the rest of their careers, long after Trump is out of office. All the more so if Trump does something really horrendous like using an H-bomb -- it hasn't happened yet, but we can't breathe easy until he's out of the Presidency.
Kim Jong Un is willing to talk to SK because he knows, now that he has nukes, he will be negotiating from a position of power. Yet Donald Trump thinks his tweeting is responsible. And he's heaping praise on himself (what else is new). But the Trump Administration's preconditions for talks (that NK get rid of their nukes) assures there will be no talks between the US and NK.
Re the image, a Google search says "This is Werner Herzog working with Klaus Kinksi". On the 1972 film Aguirre, the Wrath of God, is my guess. The page doesn't say.
Correction, I think the movie the still is from is the 1987 film Cobra Verde. I say that based on looking at the movie poster and seeing that it looks like Kinski is wearing the same coat in both pics. Not from actually seeing any of these movies.
I was going to guess Fitzcarraldo
Let's ask tRump, he knows everything.
Why yes, very sensible Ducky. He is, after all, a A VERY stable genius. He said so.
