But if betting were my game i'd bet the tRump cultist will have no problem with this. Or will believe it a lie if their messiah says it is so. Even if verifiable evidence exits that he actually did divulge such information.

The reason we are falling apart is because many of our fellow citizens are willing to overlook inconvenient evidence which contradicts their world view.
I could hammer facts from sun up to sun down and still someone who is convinced facts aren't facts won't change. In fact there is clinical evidence that the more someone who is set in their inner world view is deluged with facts that challenge their view the more they tell the world NOPE! Not today! I know what I know and you can't change me (complete with stuck out tongue and exit flounce).
We humans are very predictable as demonstrated by my quote above from skudrunner. Yes, be hesitant to accept a breaking story until all the evidence is in, but skuddy buddy - you just had to both sider it.
President Biden didn't endanger our military personnel over dinner at his club. Yeah, the former guy might have told only one person but that person told over 30 people... including foreign government officials. I mean they are Australians (whom I find to be an amazing nation considering everything that wants to kill you there) so there is that but still. Had a person of the democratic persuasion done such a thing the skud's of the world would be celebrating in the streets.
Evidence is evidence and facts are facts. And skud will continue to be skud no matter how many facts are thrown under their feet.
Added note: Loose lips sink ships. The information released may have been suspected by our enemies foreign and domestic but now they have confirmation. Now our service personnel have to step a bit more lively to keep themselves safe thanks to someone who should have known better. Oaths used to mean something. I guess in the MAGA regime they are only for suckers.
We excuse it because of the CONSTITUTION. And we also understand that words like "potentially sensitive" is NOT the same as "CLASSIFIED".

Here’s why that money for the wall is being spent to build that wall:

Funny huh. Trump built the original wall by "reappropriating funds from other accounts". Biden's building the wall, because he says he can't do what Trump did.

I worked in a government program office for over 30 years, Dave. At the end of each FY (Sept), the government takes all unspent funds from projects and re-approriates large portions of it to fund programs that overspent during the year, or priority programs they wanted to spend more on.
It happens every year. It's perfectly legal. The NASA JWST is a prime example. It was overbudget and behind schedule for nearly a decade, and every year it received "contributions" from other NASA projects and programs to keep it going.
Joe could have simply swept the wall money into an account, and spent it in the agency funded however he wanted to. Just like Trump did.

I have dealt with a number of government institutions over the years and he is correct use it or lose it is the mantra. Just because he can't re-appropriate the funds doesn't mean he has to spend it. Look at all the billions appropriated for covid that has not been spent.

100% not true.
First, Trump did not build the wall. Some, yes, but complete? Nope.
Second, Biden is building a portion of the wall, about 20 miles, using previously appropriated money from Congress that by law MUST be used.
Nothing nefarious, or complex.
Guys... why are we even talking about the wall at a post that is about a former president of the US spilling US nuclear secrets, potentially putting our soldiers in harm's way?
My gosh, I would think at a base minimum, beyond all the clap trap, that we could agree that any flag rank officer or administration person, including elect4ed officials, that would spill secrets to foreign businessmen was not acting in the best interests of the US.
I get it. Conservatives love Trump. Fine. But what he did, if true, and it has been verified by multiple sources and not denied by the former president, is horrible.
The wall is the convenient straw man to change the subject, because there is no defense for Trump, -FJ's declarations that he knows all about secrecy and US subs notwithstanding.

A sure way to be viewed with suspicion and wariness, even hate by the MAGA's is to remain open, awake, aware, inquisitive, questioning, analytical, to be educated, accepting, compassionate, understanding, and to realize that it indeed "Takes a Village to Raise a Child" and that "Critical Race Theory" is a path forward and leads to understanding and acceptance. After reading all their panicked posts I have a question - how does Ukraine negotiate peace with an opponent who publicly announced their plan to eradicate them? How can one negotiate in good faith when past negotiations were broken, more than once?
