Your post is accurate. The reporting on DJT's insane midnight posting rants is accurate. The slurring of words which was pearl clutching time when it was Biden and his lifelong stutter is just accepted when it's DJT who is doing the deed.
Fascists are desperate to attribute their policy failures to anyone besides their own selves which results in the talking heads bringing up the Biden admin as to why the current admin is tanking the economy. And the worst part is wise minds saw all this coming but were dismissed as hysterical or lost in the world of snowflakes. Just argh!
Anne Applebaum asks some great questions in her latest read in The Atlantic. Leaving aside the character slurs I am sure some will spew about Applebaum, let's deal with a couple of questions suggested the reality of her article.
The ppl of Greenland, living well in their home country and with a great health care system, do not want to be part of the US. So...
What do Trump and his government plan to do with the ppl who we will conquer or buy? Will we make them, against their will, Americans?
Do we take their health care away and make them buy the crappy health care insurance us Americans are stuck with? So they won't be socialists?
How do these new "American Citizens" vote? Is their connection to Denmark permanently severed?
How much will all of this cost the US and add to the deficit?
Finally, will "Trumpland" nee Greenland, ever become a US State, backed by the full faith and credit of the US, with a say in the presidency and subject to the laws of our country?
Or, more likely since Trump has surely not gamed all this out, will the US simply return to the 15th Century style of conquest and imperialism?
