"President Obama's nuclear deal with Iran (JCPOA) took effect in January 2016. Its term was for 15 years. Iran, China, France, Russia, Germany, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States all signed the agreement thanks to the diplomatic leadership of President Obama.
Iran agreed to stop enriching uranium, and to stop developing a nuclear weapon. As long as the deal lasted, Iran would be held at a point where they were several years from even beginning to build a nuclear weapon. The Middle East, and the entire world, were a safer place.
The signatories all insisted on rigorous independent inspections to ensure that Iran complied. The deal would've lasted until 2031.
Unfortunately, Trump pulled out of the deal in his first term.
Now Israel attacked Iran, and the US dropped the most powerful non-nuclear bombs in the world. But the experts are saying that it may have only set back Iran's nuclear program by three to six months.
President Obama had Iran in a place where in 2031 they would be several years from developing a nuclear weapon. Trump has Iran in a place where their nuclear program is set back until the end of this year.
But hey, 'Operation Midnight Hammer' sure sounds like the tough guys are in charge."

America's most successful Con Man:
I must admit, there's a part of Trump that's kind of impressive.
He convinced the party of Reagan to advocate for tariffs and market intervention.
He convinced the party of family values that it didn't matter if he cheated on his pregnant wife with a pornstar.
He convinced millions of women to vote for him even when they've heard him brag about sexually assaulting them.
He's convinced Epstein conspiracy theoriests to somehow accuse anybody but him, despite mounting circumstantial evidence of his complicity.
He's convinced evangelical Christians to vote in the least religious President in US history.
...and now he's convinced isolationists, who called Obama a "neocon" and cheered the "end of foreign wars", to now openly support yet another foreign war.
But he's not a salesman. A salesman actually gives you what he's selling. Trump is conman, someone who promises big but never comes through with the goods.
What has Trump promised that he's actually delivered?
Did he build the wall? And did Mexico pay for it? Did he lock her up? Did he enact a "Muslim Ban"? Did he repeal Obamacare? Did he eliminate national debt? Or add to it? Did he end the war in Ukraine or Gaza? Did he decrease the cost of groceries? Did he keep the US out of foreign wars?
Did he make America great again?
...or a global pariah?
I've done a lot of fraud investigations in my time, and there's almost always a devastating moment when someone realises with horror they've been conned. But there's also always a few that just don't want to believe it... no matter how much evidence you show them.
...and the conman usually just continues to con them, until they've fleeced them of everything that they've got.

Trump floats regime change in Iran, muddying the administration's message
Top Trump officials said their strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites were limited, but they don’t have much control over the knock-on effects in the Middle East and their party.
President Donald Trump’s top national security officials spent much of Sunday insisting his administration doesn’t want to bring about the end of Iran’s government, only its nuclear program.
Then Trump left the door open for exactly that.
“It’s not politically correct to use the term, 'Regime Change,' but if the current Iranian Regime is unable to MAKE IRAN GREAT AGAIN, why wouldn’t there be a Regime change??? MIGA!!!”
Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.
While Trump did not call for the ouster of the regime, or say that the U.S. would play any role in overthrowing the Iranian government, his words undercut what had appeared to be a coordinated message from his top advisers.
Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth each insisted Sunday that the U.S. was only interested in dismantling Iran’s nuclear capabilities.
