And crossing into another country without proper documentation is illegal therefore they are referred to as illegals. Some countries will throw you in prison we just pay for them to return. Robbing a bank is criminal and those who do this are referred to a criminals. Not a hard concept to grasp unless you feel it's fine to referred to the president of the US as the orange blob. All the criminal wanted was to provide better for their family.

It's bigotry, racism, and criminality that most closely defines the trump regime and the trumpublican party.

Term Usage: "Illegal" is often used by proponents of strict immigration enforcement to describe these actions and the people involved. Opponents and many researchers prefer "undocumented" or "unauthorized," arguing it is more accurate because a person is not inherently "illegal" for violating a civil, rather than criminal, law.”

“illegal entry is a misdemeanor (first offense), punishable by fines and up to six months in jail.”

“The legal grounds include:

It is legally misleading because it connotes criminality, while presence in the U.S. without proper documents is a civil offense, not a criminal one;

it is legally inaccurate because it is akin to calling a criminal defendant “guilty” before a verdict is rendered;

it is legally imprecise because it implies finality even though immigration status is fluid and, depending on individual circumstances, can be adjusted;

it is technically inaccurate because it labels the individual as opposed to the actions the person has taken.”

“A poignant example is the Bracero Program followed by Operation Wetback.

When America entered World War II in 1942, Congress enacted the Bracero Program which imported close to 5 million Mexicans to work in agricultural and railroad industries.13 However, by 1954, America’s recession led to new efforts to remove Mexicans in what was officially named Operation Wetback where over one million Mexicans were deported or repatriated.”

Hope and reality - Trump buddy Orban, who hosted JD Vance to help with his campaign to remain as president after his 16 years of dictating, conceded to
nice guy that was running. Congressman Swalwell accused by numerous women - didn't seem to affect Emperor Donald a teeny bit. What a ton of
orange Karma.
