I lived through my husband's and my sister's dementia and witnessed how their self-censoring diminished and left them entirely. They said things they would never have said before the onset of the disease. I'm witnessing this again, only in the POTUS:

Yes, we are concerned with watching a grown man acting like a five-year-old child in demanding that he be given a peace prize after he started a war!, After watching him insult and denigrate female journalists, after putting out a truth, social calling people ENEMIES who don’t refer to artificial intelligence his way. He is the butt of jokes around the world and with a majority of people in this country. Biden had his problems, for sure, but he was never a jackass, crybaby like Trump!
Maybe it is the office that causes dementia after all that is two in a row. At least trump knows which way to exit a stage. Set age and term limits before it is to late. This cannot happen in congress because they would vote themselves out of a cush, fortune making position. Put it up for a vote and IMO it would pass by a huge margin and they know it.

JC... Anyone choosing to be honest would have to admit some of us here questioned Biden's health and ability to run for a second term, at least back in 2022. And yes, while dementia was not specifically mentioned, the effects of his aging were.
But I would not expect you to be that person.
BTW, declining cognitive ability, which comes with aging, is what I believe we saw with Biden. It's completely different from dementia.
Does Trump, or for that matter, did Biden have dementia?
Without a diagnosis, I can't say.
But he's certainly in decline and any objective person can see it.
