Sunday Night Dinner and Poetry
Wild caught salmon with heirloom potatoes and thyme, organic swiss chard with tomato concasse:
Eating well is the best revenge.
So pretty in pink
Next to my sink
We ate within an hour
Your flesh dredged in flour
A dish delish and elegant
I’d write it down but, well, I can’t.
It’s my secret and a wish
To not encourage the death of more fish.
