Beastly, Rude, Obnoxious

Trump was his usual beastly, rude, obnoxious self at yesterday's press briefing with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, calling a German reporter's question "fake news," and refusing to shake Merkel's hand in a photo-op.

Trump is a national and international embarrassment for the United States. Who are the people who still support this maniac?

To repeat what was reported all over the news here and abroad:  There is no evidence that President Obama wiretapped Trump Tower during the presidential campaign. None. Nada. This is the finding by a Republican House committee. The British did NOT engage in wiretapping Trump Tower as Sean Spicer falsely stated in his press briefing earlier this week, and the Trump administration had to apologize to Britain for repeating that lie.

Trump has embarrassed himself BIGLY with his foolish repetition of a rumor he read on some rabid right-wing fake news outlet, and in turn, embarrassed our country.

Who are the people who still support this out-of-control national embarrassment?

US reporters shocked when this German reporter asked : "Why do you keep saying things you know are not true?"

And now he's off for the 7th, 8th, I've lost count, weekend at his luxurious mansion to golf with his fellow billionaires at the American taxpayers' expense while collecting payment for the use of his Mar-a-Lago and pockets it.

Nice little racket you've got there Mr. Embarrassment.

And finally this:

They are the "rabid right-wing fake news outlet" believers who have neither the intelligence nor the education to distinguish fact from absurdity. They are the ones who are never sure which side of the line between good taste and sodomy they are on.

For crying out loud, Donald, show some respect and shake Angela Merkel's hand! Does his contempt for women extend to accomplished female leaders as well?

Jerry, trump supporters think he's doing a great job, event though so far he's done next to nothing legislatively and a lot to embarrass himself and America.

Ahab, Angela Merkel isn't a "10" in Lord Dampnut's book even if she outsmarts him by more than 10 to the 10th power in intelligence. Lord Dampnut only admires women as arm candy.

---------

The enlightened among us who realize that relations with allies like Britain and Germany aren't important?

The working poor who don't yet realize they will lose health insurance?

The supporters who don't use extended day school programs?

The silly ones who think they'll get a tax cut rather than losing their insurance to fund a big upward wealth transfer?

The ones who think climate change science is a Chinese plot?

I really don't know who supports this village idiot but they seem to believe they're immune to the budget cuts and ACA repeal.
As long as he keeps deporting DACA eligible youth and bans muslims, I guess they're happy.

I doubt this would have shocked the US reporters of a few decades ago, especially if they knew Trump's record. The American MSM have gotten so timid and both-siderist, they've forgotten how a real independent press is supposed to behave.

Dear Gawd!

The New York Times just confirmed that the source of the false allegation that Obama asked British intelligence to spy on Trump could be traced back to a news story touted on Russia’s state sponsored news network, RT.

The source of this allegation was a disgraced CIA analyst and – shocker – former Fox News contributor, Larry C. Johnson.

The discredited conspiracy theory was then peddled by Fox News legal analyst Andrew Napolitano, up the ranks by Sean Spicer, and, ultimately, by President Trump.

You might remember Johnson from a fake news story that Michelle Obama used a racial slur against white people.

When faced with the decision to confirm or deny the veracity of the story that Obama asked the British to spy on Trump “without American fingerprints,” Fox News blasted Trump’s absurd and baseless claim:

“FOX News cannot confirm Judge Napolitano’s commentary. FOX News knows of no evidence of any kind that the now-president of the United States was surveilled at any time, any way. Full stop.”

Ducky will know RT.com as one of the favorite news sources of some of the folks at the Mother Ship. You know the people, the ones who cannot stand US news sources because they are biased, yet watch and trust Russian state sponsored news.

It's incredible...

No, I'm not "looking" for Trump to fail; I'm WATCHING Trump fail. Down to 37% approval? On Mr. Obama's worst day he was NEVER that low. Just shows how the American people are coming to realize what a bag of horse manure they bought.

Unknown: "WHAT A GREAT AMERICAN YOU ARE!!"

Thank you. Many people agree that I am. TRUTH, OF COURSE.

Trump is proof that truth and belief are not always the same. In fact, some may say they are often not the same. This is true whether we are talking politics or religion. All you have to do is look at the religious fundamentalist support for Trump.

Those people will live with the shame of supporting the sexual assaulter and Liar-in-Chief for the rest of their days.
