I know I've said it before, not sure if it was here or not. This reminds me of when I was a little kid and wondering why there wasn't a "Kids Day", long with Mother's and Father's Day. My mom just burst out laughing and said "because EVERY day is "Kids" day!!"
Your post highlights the angst the hetero folks feel because they don't have a Pride Day of their own. (Sob!)
As we had to be told as children about why there wasn't a Kids' Day, someone needs to get down to those hetero folks' level and talk to them like they were 5 years old about why there is no Pride Day for them.

What those confused hetero folks need is an understanding that we are, all of us, the same in our essence and nature.
It is the three poisons (ignorance, greed, and hate) that these heteros are suffering from. They simply are unable to see (or feel) it.
