"The lady doth protest too much, methinks." --from Shakespeare's Hamlet, Act III, scene II, where it is spoken by Queen Gertrude, Hamlet's mother.
Explanation of the above Shakespearean quote from Hamlet:
"It is suspected that, because someone is insisting too much about something, the opposite of what he or she is saying must be true."

No collusion! --Donald J. Trump
Poor insecure, inferior, Donnie. He can't stop comparing himself to President Obama. Donnie knows he will never have the admiration and respect from Americans and the world that President Obama had and still has -- he was, afterall, chosen as the most admired man by Americans, topping Trump.
How sad it is for Trump to have to live his presidential life in the shadow of a man who was more beloved and respected than Trump is and will ever be. SAD!

IMO, Pres Obama was pretty fixated on himself. My admin, my govt, etc. And conservatives pilloried him for it.
But Obama was a piker next to Trump who can't get through a sentence without extolling his own virtues, true or not.
And of course, I've yet to see a conservative blog critical of Trumps vanity like they were with Obama.
Two faced? Maybe so...
"The lady doth protest too much, methinks."
That goes for his apologists in Congress and right wing media too.
