Florida Senator Ileana Garcia put forward a bill that could have forced Florida taxpayers to foot up to $5 million in Trump's legal costs, while many Floridians are struggling to pay their property insurance. 

The proposed Senate Bill 1740, which would have set up the "Florida Freedom Fighters Fund" would have granted payments of up to $5 million to eligible politicians, who are "victims of political discrimination," for their legal fees. 

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis threatened to veto this crap, thus forcing Garcia to withdraw the bill. 

Some Republicans in Florida literally wanted EVERYONE to pay for the legal bills of a self-proclaimed billionaire.


Think about that. The party that believes in personal responsibility wanted taxpayers, Republicans AND Democrats, to help pay for Trump's problems that he brought upon himself.

What kind of billionaire breaks the law and then hopes his cultists, and anyone else, will pay for his legal representation?

For those who don't understand what that means: 

Texas resident, Kate Cox, would not have been able to go to a state that allows medical care for pregnancies gone wrong. The State would have forced her to continue to carry a non-viable fetus, thus endangering her ability to ever have children again, and possibly ending her life. 
 
The ten-year old girl in Ohio, who was impregnated by rape, would have been forced by the State to carry the pregnancy to term, instead of going to a state to terminate the pregnancy by rape. 

This is what Trumpublicans want for girls and women: Forced births, even if it kills them.

The thread on this blog was about Michelle Obama running for the presidency in 2024. I don't know where these Trump cultists get the idea that Mrs. Obama will run for president in 2024, I've seen it nowhere in any legitimate media. These cultists apparently have seen these rumors on FAUX NOOZ and Newsmax. LOL! Being gullible deplorables, they believe it.

Anywhoo, here's one of their frequent commenters giving vent to his/her racism and hatred of Michelle Obama.

It's an interesting insight into what truly awful people Trump cultists are:

"Skud always says we have a border crisis. YES, we do. So what happens? The US Senate and the White House crafted a bill that even Republicans in the Senate call the "strongest border security bill ever"!

It ends asylum for people passing through Mexico, funds building and repairing the border wall, funds judges to clear the current asylum backlog and perhaps most important for conservatives, does not include amnesty, a path to citizenship, or DREAMER acceptance.

Additionally, presidents, including a President Trump if he gets elected, will be granted, in the law, not just through Executive Orders, strong emergency powers to act to limit immigration.

This is, according to Sen Lindsey Graham, the best border bill the US will ever get.

Sadly however, the House GOP leadership and the radical MAGA leadership oppose this bill.

Why? Not because they have annunciated any problems or disagreements with what's in this bill, but because the MAGA folks worry Biden will look good if we solve the border crisis.

Because Trump does not want it, fearful that he will lose a campaign issue.

Because House Republicans have openly said they will not vote for anything, even if it is good for America, that may help Biden look good.

And yes, there are quotes.

It is not both parties that are crazy in America and hurting our country. It is the Rump MAGA GOP and Trump supporters who are crazy."
