The MSM is working overtime to provide cover for -H-. Like Trump, she cannot get out of her own way and looks worse every day. It must amaze even the hard core progressive that as bad a trump is -H- is still fighting to get 40%.

The election will come down to who hates the other candidate worse and goes to vote. A lot of people will just sit this one out. I use to feel no one could be any worse than the current special interest administration but now I am not sure if he hasn't met his equal.

I thought I had heard it all skudrunner, but, you've just added another layer of gobbledygook.

Impressive to be sure.

Republicans Threaten Lawsuits Over TV Ads Linking Them To Donald Trump
Saying a candidate supports Trump is basically defamation, they argue.

Hi skud,

This is for you:

FiveThirtyEight: Hillary Clinton now heavily favored to win every swing state, plus one red state

Thank you so very much for giving permission. You can see your linked header under All, Political and the United States. If you could say something (preferably good) about SiteHoundSniffs.com here and there, I would greatly appreciate it.

Trump will lose the election by almost the same margin as Carter lost to Reagan. The difference is Carter lost to an ethical person.
Progressives have always had issues with fact. OK when WJC was accused of raping several women because it was a right wing conspiracy yet when trump is accused of groping a female in first class for 15 minutes, it is true. All of the females come out less than a month to the election, guess that have been in a coma for decades. BTW have you ever flown first class because the FA is there all the time and that just couldn't have happened.

-H- will win and the Lincoln bedroom is up for sale, at a high price. I guess now -H- doesn't need to buy the FBI because she controls them. OK that bho slapped Romney when he said Russia was our biggest threat and now -H- is brilliant for saying it.

For your information, skud, from Fortune Magazine:

"Donald Trump will spend the summer and fall cross-examining this argument. Because there is no cut and dry evidence that Hillary Clinton is in fact “crooked,” as Trump likes to call her, he’ll rely on rumors and innuendo to make his case."

skudrunner said...

The innocent destroy all evidence of corruption and lies all the time. Some fall into the camp of you have to vote for it to see it which shown the lowlife of our elected leaders.
When -H- gets elected we can count on very little change at least for those who need change in order to prosper. The idea of either candidate bringing manufacturing jobs back to the US is a joke. Union demands, technology, government regulations and and taxes will see that it doesn't happen. Even unskilled jobs in fast food are being replaced by tech.
I am curious why you would reference an article that questions -H- ethics. It is clear that rumors about -H- are false and about trump are true and if you don't believe it watch, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS and NBC because they are all for -H- all the time.

Skud... if in fact your prediction is correct, do you think the GOP will see it as the mandate they claimed for Reagan?

Why, or why not?

Let me help you.

No, they won't. Because they are not interested in actually governing...

This is for skud as well-- a report from The Hill:

October was a terrible month for candidate Trump among women, one might think.

Few were shocked when an ABC/Washington Post poll, taken between Oct. 20 and Oct. 22 by Langer Research Associates, was released, trumpeting a headline that Clinton was now in advance of Trump by 12 percentage points nationally among likely voters.

That's what the poll — a snapshot in time — says.

But look at the movie, see where the action is, and a different picture emerges.

Comparing two ABC/Washington Post polls taken a month apart, Trump's disaster of October didn't occur among women, the majority of whom already supported Clinton.

Trump's disaster occurred among his base: men.

In the first poll taken Sept. 19-22 — before the "Access Hollywood" video came out — Trump was favored over Clinton by 19 points among all men, a huge advantage for Trump, which reflects the historical advantage Republicans have had with men in presidential elections.

But by the late October poll, the results had flipped. Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton now leads Trump by 3 points in the same group — a swing of 22 points — roughly equivalent to one in five men ending their support for Trump during the past month.

That's a huge swing. One might expect that there is a similarly large swing among women; perhaps larger. But there isn't.

In September, women favored Clinton over Trump by 19 points; come October, that advantage did not measurably increase. A mere 1 point changed — It's now 20 points — minuscule in comparison to the 22-point swing among men.

What happened?

The impact was greatest among white men without a college degree. These men are supposed to be Trump's base — and indeed, they still are the largest single demographic that supports Trump, according to the October poll.

But comparing the September and October polls, one sees Trump's base is abandoning him.

Your original comment called Hilary "unethical." We have actual real, live evidence of Donald Trump bragging about being able to commit sexual assault on women because he's a "star." And we have actual real, live evidence of Donald Trump allowing a radio shock jock to call his young daughter "a piece of ass."

Hillary has some iffy actions in her background, no doubt, but they don't come close to the creepy guy the GOP has as its presidential candidate. Not even close.

In addition to Trump's repulsive behavior toward women, he is facing two law suits in November and December. One on fraud in connection with Trump University and another on child rape -- a case the judge in charge has deemed has merit because the case was not thrown out.

So we have the GOP candidate for POTUS facing two law suits: One on cheating people out of money in a fraudulent scam of a "university," and the other one, child rape.

Not. Even. Close.

David,

The democratic party has been taken over by the "progressive" party and the republican party has been taken over by the irrational right. Will either change, doubt it but I have never been a republican at any cost. I am a liberal on social issues and a conservative on financial issues. Neither party addresses my beliefs. I was a democrat before they were hijacked by the "progressive" party and disavowed personal responsibility.

Shaw,
By your standards of guilty until proven innocent I guess WJC is guilty of rape, murder, molestation and illegal financial dealings because he has been accused of all of these.
You support -H- because she is a democrat. I support Jill because she seems honest. It is sad that we don't have reasonable choices because the vast majority of voters will hold their nose when they vote to avoid the stink, except for the yellow dog democrats of course.

@ skudrunner... For most it is a given that politics is not a totally ethical activity, not now, likely not ever. It is true that politicians of bothmajor parties engage in questionable activities from time to time, not at all unlike some business executives.

For those who are actualy looking (paying attention) at facts it is clear DJT is certainly more unethical than HRC.

I'm sure you aren't convinced but really what difference does it make.

Shaw Kenawe said...

skud, you have a bad habit of not reading accurately. I absolutely did NOT claim Trump is guilty of fraud or child rape. I merely reported that two law suits involving Trump University and one involving a claim of child rape are going forward. That means the judges in both cases found merit in the complaints.

Do not accuse me of writing things I have not claimed. Please. That's underhanded and dishonest.

Shaw Kenawe said...

PS. I support Hillary because a vote for Trump is a vote against everything I love about America. I cannot conceive of allowing a fraudulent pig like Trump to represent the country I love.

skudrunner said...

Again facing two law suites does not mean he is guilty it just means two law suites have been filed against him and his business.
I can't recall but how many law suites have been filed against the clinton's. Lets name a couple, whitewater, bengazi, paula jones. Of course they never owned a business so they can't be guilty of fraud unless it is paying a whopping 10% of their charity to the people. As Bill said when questioned about the low amount used to help, I have bills to pay and charter planes to use to meet with the AG.
Face facts, both candidates don't deserve your vote so do the right thing and Vote Jill.

Shaw Kenawe said...

skudrunner, you are being deliberately obtuse. I never said being involved in a law suit means Trump is guilty. OKAY?

Imagine if Barack Obama were facing a law suit for fraud and child rape when he was a candidate for the presidency. Just imagine that. Then think about the millions of Obama haters who have no trouble with the fact that Trump is facing what he is facing. It's ludicrous in the extreme and shows what colossal hypocrites Trump supporters are.

O/T

As far as the Trump video...

Who coulda' known? Brother from another planet was the original boy PUMA.

Hats off to the 2008 Trump. What a kick! Personally, I have been burnishing my feminist cred for the last ten years at least. Brother removed the plank in my eye in a flash.

What are the chances that he can get over himself and just laugh off the results of this election? I mean, why not?

To the skud -- Shaw's right. And imagine if Mrs. Obama had appeared naked in soft porn magazines or plagiarized another woman's speech and lied about her education. Trump's wife and the GOP's hope for America's FLOTUS did all that. Talk about white privilege no black woman or man could get away with the sleaze the Trumps get away with.
