REMEMBER THIS?

Before taking office people were assuming that we were going to War with North Korea. President Obama said that North Korea was our biggest and most dangerous problem. No longer - sleep well tonight!

The rest of America and the world know that trump is a mendacious charlatan and that his photo-op with Kim Jong Un was nothing more than a stunt to keep his deplorable base feeling dreamy about #45's incompetence.

Anyone with a functioning brain knew this, and here's why:

US spy agencies:

North Korea is working on new missiles (Washington Post, 7/30/18):

U.S. spy agencies are seeing signs that North Korea is constructing new missiles at a factory that produced the country’s first intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of reaching the United States, according to officials familiar with the intelligence.

Newly obtained evidence, including satellite photos taken in recent weeks, indicates that work is underway on at least one and possibly two liquid-fueled ICBMs at a large research facility in Sanumdong, on the outskirts of Pyongyang, according to the officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe classified intelligence.

The findings are the latest to show ongoing activity inside North Korea’s nuclear and missile facilities at a time when the country’s leaders are engaged in arms talks with the United States."

The charlatan who calls himself a great deal maker and negotiater got played like a cheap violin by KJU.

North Korea reportedly developing new missiles after pledging denuclearization

So the correct thing to do is to just ignore them and not try to set up a dialog. If obama felt they were a big problem why did he not try to find a solution. I seem to remember he said Russia was nothing and now they are a threat. Iran has a policy to kill all Americans yet the former leader gave them billions and paid ransom for a release.

"Reportedly" the left's favorite word.

skud, can you come here and comment without falling back on "OBAMA DID IT; OBAMA DIDN'T DO IT?

It's tiresome and shows your lack of an argument to defend the horror that is currently leading this country.

Trump told America and the world that his maginificent negotiations with KJU made the world safer and that there was no longer a nuclear threat from NoKorea. He was, of course, talking out of his arse. The NoKoreans played him for the fool he truly is. There is no denuclearization going on. Trump doesn't know how to negotiate, it is clear. And the rest of the world now knows what a charlatan he is. It's not a matter of his trying. A skilled negotiator would have gotten something more than a photo-op out of the summit with KJU. Trump failed.

Big time.

Not surprised.

He's a first class Twitter jerk.

Anonymous @6:56, the definition of "reportedly" is "as reported." I know it's not the same as Trump's "I'm lying." But it is far more factual.

Multiple times in recent weeks, Trump has claimed major foreign-policy wins. None of them have held up. Not a damn one. He's a fake who calls everyone else a fake. He's the REAL fake.

Anyone with a brain?
Apparently not the 46% who elected him president!
Put blame where it belongs - on the American people!
