False. This is impossible. American citizens must be at least 21 before they are eligible to petition for their parents to live in the United States, and there is a long queue for family-sponsored immigration, or what the president labels chain migration. After a petition is filed and approved, would-be immigrants are given a so-called priority date and can apply for a green card only when the State Department calls it up. For example, this month, brothers and sisters of adult American citizens can begin to apply for a green card if their priority dates were before March 22, 2005 — a waiting period of more than 13 years.

Aug. 9, 2018: President Trump has repeatedly and vehemently denounced what he calls “chain migration,” in which adult American citizens can obtain residency for their relatives.
On Thursday, his Slovenian in-laws, Viktor and Amalija Knavs, became United States citizens in a private ceremony in Manhattan by taking advantage of that same family-based immigration program.
Asked if the Knavses had obtained citizenship through “chain migration,” their lawyer, Michael Wildes, said, “I suppose.” He said chain migration is a “dirtier” way of characterizing what he called “a bedrock of our immigration process when it comes to family reunification.”

It's a safe bet that anything Trump says about immigration is a lie unless proven otherwise. At this point he'll say anything to panic the knuckle-dragging Deliverance mutants into shambling toward the voting booths. Truth is irrelevant. He'd say the caravan was full of invading Martians if he thought anyone would believe it.

The caravan is still a thousand miles from the US and not likely to get much closer before the election. If they can throw rocks that far, we should try to get them on the US Olympic team.
There is another problem with what Trump said.

If you entered the country when you were 2 months old, you were NOT BORN here, you are not a citizen, your mother and possible your father are already here with you, and you are not eligible to bring in parents and siblings.

I didn’t believe that Trump was such a scumbag and such a racist that he would authorize shooting them. But that is what he said. Here are his words!
“"They want to throw rocks at our military, our military fights back," the president told reporters. "I told them to consider it a rifle. When they throw rocks like what they did to the Mexican military and police I say consider it a rifle."
Such a statement alone should be grounds for immediate impeachment! It is an incitement to murder.

What is constitutional, is what the Supreme Court says is constitutional. The 14th amendment changed what the Supreme Court previously found constitutional, that blacks were not citizens. The Supreme Court can reverse their previous decision, just as they can reverse Roe/Wade, or any other law.
For those who fear a fascist like takeover of our government, it starts with getting the ruling court of the country to overturn accepted laws.
