The stupidity of that action is stunning.
What kind of people would want a man so dumb that he deliberately made a defamation trial worse for himself by not keeping his ugly mouth shut and continued to defame the victim of his defamation and sexual assault?

No one here has ever said Nikki Haley is not qualified. She is qualified to be POTUS.
She appears to be a decent human being, smart, experienced.
But I could not support someone who promised to pass legislation to ban abortion nationally. The SCOTUS said their ruling would turn the abortion issue back to the states. And now a politician from a party that is very BIG on states' rights wants to take states' rights away.
Why is that?
Nikki Haley also said she would pardon Trump. Why would she do such a terrible thing? That would mean any president could get away with any crime he committed as POTUS, and face no consequences for his criminal acts as long a fellow partisan is able to pardon him/her. Gerald Ford's name lives in infamy for pardoning Nixon, Haley would join his shame, should she pardon Trump. Why would she do that?

Ms. Shaw, In defense of Ford I think he pardoned nixon because he did feel it would be the best thing for the country. Nixon's actions did not threaten the safety of the country so what would be gained by taking him to trial. He was finished as a politician and had no following so why pursue anything with him.
As to -H- and the DNC actions to reward her for stepping aside and allow BHO to raise to the throne had severe consequences for the country. She was corrupt and disliked by the majority of Americans but the DNC stuck with her so you could say the DNC were cowards also.
Trump remains popular with his supporters because when president he actually did some of the things he promised unlike many. The current king has gone against most of the things he said he wouldn't do but I don't blame him because I don't think he makes any decisions but just is a speech reader.

You are correct I am an independent fiscal conservative and have no allegiance to any party because neither represents my views. The dems want to turn the country to socialist and buy acceptance and the republicans want to control peoples lives to conform to their beliefs and have no plans for the country and the people in it. I did vote for the donald the first go round because he wasn't a politician. He was a total disappointment because he proved it was all about satisfying his ego not improving the lives of Americans. I am a one and done with him and if it is biden trump next election I will find an alternative hopefully one of the parties will find a sane choice.
