Oliver Willis‬: "It’s just racism. There’s no immigration problem."

The US immigrant population generated more in taxes than they received in benefits from all levels of government every year from 1994 to 2023. The Cato study provides the first-ever 30-year analysis of the fiscal effects of immigration on government budgets.

Data. Not very important to the Trump Admin or the MAGA faithful.

Sunday in his Super Bowl interview, Trump will share the following...

1. "They" are sending immigrants to vote in our elections.
2. Illegals are voting all over America.
3. We've seen a record $18 trillion in investments in the US economy.
4. He inherited a "all time high" in inflation.
5. Manufacturing in the US is up and getting better.
6. He won the 2020 election, by a landslide.

None of these statements is true. If he knows they are all false, then he is lying to the American people. If he does not know they are false and believes, as he says, that they are true and accurate, then he is mentally incapable of being the POTUS.

Look, thank you President Trump for securing the southern US border. Everyone said it could not be done, but you did it. A country, any country, has not only a right, but a duty to protect and control its borders.

For decades politicians of all stripes have refused to act on this front. Yet Trump did not accept the status quo. He acted.

Do immigrants help and benefit the US? Of course they do. Will the MAGA faithful accept that data? No they will not.

Because data is not as real to them as their "feelings" or the vibe of the MAGA moment.

I think they omitted a few factors...

...under President Donald Trump, real wages have risen every single month of his presidency. A big share of those benefits accrues to blue-collar workers, as this administration produces the best working-class wage growth for a new term since Richard Nixon took office in 1969. In contrast, during the Biden years, real wages declined every single month for two straight years, the worst such streak on record.

These gains result largely from at least 2.5 million illegal aliens leaving America, through self-deportations as well as removals. In industries like trucking and construction, with large segments of foreign workers, pay jumps for U.S. citizens. Even the biased New York Times recently admitted that “construction wages have been rising” due to immigration enforcement.

Data and nasty facts.

Utah, a strong GOP state was sure lots of illegals had voted in the 2024 elections. So they did a system wide audit. Here's what GOP Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson, the state’s top election official found...

After a monthslong review of Utah’s approximately 2.1 million registered voters. She and her team found one “confirmed noncitizen.” And that one noncitizen, while registered, had never voted.

Yes, you GOP and MAGA idiots!

Let's change the entire system to stop what Utah found.

You clowns are amazing.

DATA, facts and evidence. Your congressmen and Senators, such as that genius Tuberville from Alabama claim to have seen the evidence.

Fine.

Show us all the space laser evidence, the Italian vote switching machines, the connections to Venezuela and the stuff you claim to have seen that "proves" illegals are voting all over the US and turning our elections to mush.

The only mush is your brains.

Trumpists love to credit Trump but ignore the fact he benefitted from rising economies from both Obama and Biden.

Biden inherited a pandemic economy from Trump.

Yes, Biden. By the second half of 2022 until 2024, real wages gradually increased due to a combination of slowing inflation and continued nominal wage growth. Inflation was about the same now as when Biden left office.

How much healthcare does a 1% wage growth provide while the number of uninsured Americans rises, thanks to Trump.

Expect more bankruptcies for lack of health insurance to suck the wage growth out from underneath American workers.

https://www.factcheck.org/2026/01/trumps-numbers-second-term/

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which Trump signed into law in July, is expected to prompt a rise in the number of people who lack health insurance, starting next year. The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimated the uninsured would increase by 10 million people over 10 years, with most of the increase due to the law’s changes to Medicaid. For 2026, the rise was estimated at 1.3 million people. (See the link to estimated changes in people without health insurance.)

In 2024, the last year of Biden’s term, 8.2% of the population, or 27.2 million people, were uninsured, according to the NHIS’ estimates, which measure those uninsured at the time they were interviewed. A Census Bureau report, released in September and measuring those who were uninsured for the entire calendar year, similarly put the uninsured rate at 8%.

Under Biden’s full term, the percentage and number of Americans who are uninsured declined, as we explained in our “Biden’s Final Numbers” report.

Cato Institute: Immigrants have cut U.S. deficits by $14.5 TRILLION since 1994, slashing the national debt by a third.
